عنوان فارسی تحلیلی بر سیر تحولات کلان آمایش سرزمین فرانسه در نیم قرن گذشته و ارایه پیشنهاداتی جهت بهبود وضعیت آمایش سرزمین ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف اساسی این مقاله بررسی و تحلیل سیر تحولات کلان آمایش سرزمین از آغاز پیدایش تاکنون در فرانسه است. در انجام این پژوهش از روش تحقیق موردکاری از نوع تاریخی استفاده شده است و اختصاص دارد به توصیف و تحلیل وضعیت کلی و کلان طرح‌ها، سیاست‌ها و برنامه‌هایی که تا امروز در این کشور به مورد اجرا گذاشته شده‌اند، دارد. گردآوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات با استفاده از مراجع مختلفی چون گزارش‌های رسمی و آثار (DATAR) فرانسه، اسناد، مدارک، کتاب‌ها و مقالات منتشر شده در این زمینه می‌باشد. در پایان تحقیق سعی خواهیم کرد، به صورت اجمالی با یک مطالعه تطبیقی و با استفاده از طرح‌ها و سیاست‌های مهم تجربه شده در فرانسه، پیشنهاداتی را جهت توسعه‌ی مطلوب این تخصص علمی در ایران ارایه کنیم.

عنوان انگلیسی An analysis of the global trend of evolutions of the town and country planning in France in the last half century and presenting some suggestions for promotion of its status in Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Many plans, programs and techniques of town and country planning has been used in an irregular and dispersed manner from the beginning of human apparition civilization up to modern times, without citing this concept. But based on the most specialists, the France was the first country which founded the scientific and academic paradigm of town and country planning in the world. Study and analysis of 50 years experiences in France can help efficiently the countries which are still at the beginning of this way or the countries that are in the very first stages. The main purpose of this article is to review and analyze the historical trend of the evaluations of town and country planning in France. In this research we have used historical case study method to describe and analyze the general status, plans, policies and programs that have been used up to now. The data has been collected by using different sources like official reports of DATAR in France and other books and articles in this area. At the end, based on a comparative study, we will try to give some suggestions for developing the town and country planning in Iran.
