عنوان فارسی بررسی و مقایسه آگاهی دانشجویان سال اول و آخر مقطع کارشناسی پیوسته دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی مشهد نسبت به ابعاد قانونی و حقوقی سقط جنین
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه : نداشتن فرزند معلول علت­های مختلف و از سقط جنین است. با توجه به تاثیر میزان آگاهی مراقبان سلامت در دسترسی بیماران به سقط جنین، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین و مقایسه آگاهی دانشجویان سال اول و آخر مقطع کارشناسی پیوسته مامایی دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی مشهد نسبت به ابعاد قانونی و حقوقی سقط جنین انجام گرفت. روش کار: در این پژوهش توصیفی – مقایسه ای، 82 نفر از دانشجویان سال اول و سال آخر رشته کارشناسی مامایی دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد با روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته بررسی میزان آگاهی نسبت به ابعاد قانونی و حقوقی سقط جنین بود که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 انجام شد. یافته ها: میانگین نمره آگاهی دانشجویان سال اول و سال آخر مامایی نسبت به موارد مجاز سقط جنین به ترتیب 75/2 ±88/5 در مقابل 51/1± 03/9 با 001/0 p=)  و نسبت به مجازات سقط جنین غیر قانونی و شرایط صدور مجوز قانونی سقط جنین درمانی به ترتیب 48/1±47/3 در مقابل 33/1±54/5 با 0001/0 p=) بود. مطابق نتایج، تفاوت آماری معنی داری میان میزان آگاهی دانشجویان سال اول و سال آخر مامایی در مورد ابعاد قانونی و حقوقی سقط جنین وجود داشت و میزان پاسخ دهی صحیح در دانشجویان سال آخر بالاتر بود. بحث و نتیجه گیری: مطابق نتایج پژوهش حاضر، دانشجویان مامایی نسبت به قوانین سقط جنین از قبیل اندیکاسیون­های سقط درمانی قانونی، شرایط لزوم برای صدور مجوز سقط درمانی قانونی و مجازات­های سقط جنین غیر قانونی آگاهی کافی ندارند. از این رو، تقویت آموزش­های مربوط به مسایل قانونی و مجاز سقط جنین برای دانشجویان مامایی در برنامه ریزی­های آموزشی ضروری است

عنوان انگلیسی Comparing the Knowledge between first-year and final-year undergraduate and master of midwifery students in Mashhad Nursing and Midwifery School about the Legal and Rights aspects of abortion
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Fertility is highly valued in most cultures. Childlessness happens for various reasons one of which is abortion. Considering the extent of health care workers' awareness of patients' access to abortion, this study was conducted with the aim of determining and comparing the awareness of freshman and senior undergraduate students of midwifery in Mashhad Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery regarding the legal aspects of abortion. Methods: In this descriptive-comparative research, there were 82 freshman and senior undergraduate students of midwifery in the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery, Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, who were selected by census method. The data collection tool included a questionnaire created by the researchers to assess the level of awareness regarding the legal aspects of abortion, the validity and reliability of which was confirmed. Data analysis was done using SPSS version 16. Findings: The average awareness score of the freshman and senior students of midwifery regarding the permitted cases of abortion is 5.88 ± 2.75 versus 9.03 ± 1.51 respectively (p = 0.001). Regarding the punishment of unlawful abortion and the conditions for issuing a legal license for therapeutic abortion, their awareness scores were 3.47±1.48 versus 5.54±1.33 respectively, p=0.0001). The findings of the study show that there is a statistically significant difference between the level of awareness of the freshman and senior students of midwifery about the legal aspects of abortion and the correct response rate was higher in the senior students. Conclusion: The results of the present study show the insufficient awareness of midwifery students regarding abortion laws, such as the indications for legal abortion, the necessary conditions for issuing a license for legal abortion, and the penalties for illegal abortion. Therefore, the researchers suggest that the authorities consider training programs for midwifery students in order to raise their awareness of the lawful and legal abortion.
