عنوان فارسی بررسی تطبیقی مسئله شرّ از دیدگاه جان هیک و سهرودی؛ نقاط اشتراک و اختلاف
چکیده فارسی مقاله سهروردی و جان هیک به‌عنوان  فیلسوفان اسلامی و غربی هرکدام با نظریه‌ها و مبانی خاصی به بحث درباره مسئله شرّ پرداخته‌اند؛ «نظریه عدمی بودن شرّ، ملازمه شرّ و خیرهای برتر، ملازمه شرّ و عالم ماده، ملازمه شرّ و اختیار انسان» را می‌توان از جمله راه‌حل‌های سهروردی در مسئله شرّ دانست. جان هیک نیز با تئودیسه «پرورش روح»، اختیار و نسبی بودن شرّ، درصدد ارائه پاسخ مناسب به این مسئله و اثبات عدم تنافی بین شرّ و صفات خداست. هرکدام راه‌حل‌هایی را برای رفع اشکالات درباره معضل شر در عالم ارائه کرده‌اند. روش تحقیق دراین پژوهش، روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و شیوه داده‌پردازی کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی آراء این دو اندیشمند می باشد؛ تبیین و بررسی تطبیقی مبانی فکری و نوع رویکرد هر دو فیلسوف به مسئله شرّ، مسئله تحقیق و مقایسه و ارزیابی راه‌حل‌های خاص آن دو فیلسوف با حفظ قضایای اصلی به طوری که هیچ‌گونه تناقض و ناسازگاری بین قضایای مذکور در آن مشاهده نشود از جمله یافته های تحقیق می‌باشد.
