عنوان فارسی کاربرد مدل‌ها و نظریه های آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت در پیشگیری از سوء‌مصرف مواد در نوجوانان؛ یک مرور نظام‌مند
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی مداخلات مبتنی بر مدل‌ها و نظریه‌های آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت در پیشگیری از سوء‌مصرف مواد در نوجوانان انجام شده است. روش کار: به‌منظور شناسایی مطالعات انجام‌شده، کلمات کلیدی مرتبط در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی Magiran، SID،Web of science، Scopus،Pubmed  و Google Scholar  جست‌وجو شد و تمام مطالعاتی که در این زمینه چاپ شده بود، با محدودیت زمانی اول ژانویه 2011 تا 21 دسامبر 2021 استخراج شد. پس از غربالگری مطالعات، 11 مقاله که دارای معیارهای ورود به مطالعه بودند، بررسی شدند. یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش، 7 مطالعه از نوع نیمه‌تجربی، 3 مطالعه به‌صورت کارآزمایی بالینی و 1 مطالعه نامشخص بود که بر روی دانش‌آموزان متوسطه اول و دوم انجام شد. مداخلات آموزشی در 6 مقاله بر اساس تئوری رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده، در 2 مقاله بر اساس مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی، در 1 مقاله بر اساس تئوری توسعه‌یافته عمل منطقی، در 1 مقاله بر اساس مدل فرانظری و در 1 مقاله بر اساس تئوری تعامل خانواده انجام شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از مدل‌ها و نظریه‌های مختلف می‌تواند تأثیر مثبتی در پیشگیری از سوء‌مصرف مواد و در نهایت، اجرای رفتارهای سالم داشته باشد. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، سازه نگرش و خودکارآمدی در بیشتر مطالعات، مهم‌ترین و قوی‌ترین متغیر معرفی شده بودند و نقش مهمی را در پیشگیری از سوء‌مصرف مواد و اتخاذ رفتار سالم توسط دانش‌آموزان ایفا می‌کردند.

عنوان انگلیسی Application of Models and Theories of Health Education and Health Promotion in the Prevention of Substance Abuse in Adolescents: A Systematic Review
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of interventions based on models and theories of health education and promotion in preventing substance abuse in adolescents. Method: A detailed search was performed in Magiran, SID, Web of Science, Scopus, Pubmed, and Google Scholar databases using related keywords to extract all studies published in this field with the time limit of January 1, 2011 to December 21, 2021. After screening the studies, 11 articles that met the inclusion criteria were examined. Results: In this research, there were 7 semi-experimental studies, 3 clinical trials, and 1 unclear study, which were conducted on first- and second-grade high school students. Educational interventions were conducted in 6 articles based on the theory of planned behavior, 2 articles based on the health belief model, 1 article based on the developed theory of rational action, 1 article based on the trans theoretical model, and 1 article based on the family interaction theory. Conclusion: The results showed that the use of different models/theories could have a positive effect on preventing substance abuse and subsequently performing health behaviors. Based on the findings, the structure of attitude and self-efficacy were introduced as the most important and strongest variables in most studies and played a crucial role in preventing substance abuse and health behavior in students.
