عنوان فارسی بررسی آگاهی و نگرش دستیاران تخصصی و دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی یزد نسبت به بایستی تجویز توموگرافی کامپیوتری با اشعه مخروطی (CBCT) در سال ۱۴۰۱-۱۴۰۰
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: در سال‌های اخیر، تصاویر (Cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT به دلیل مزایای متعددی نظیر ایجاد تصاویر سه بعدی، راحتی تهیه تصاویر و امکان بازسازی داده‌ها، کاربردهای فراوانی در دندانپزشکی پیدا کرده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی آگاهی و نگرش دستیاران تخصصی و دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی یزد نسبت به بایستی تجویز CBCT در سال1400 انجام شد. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی و توصیفی. 146 نفر از دانشجویان دندانپزشکی عمومی و 24 نفر از دستیاران تخصصی در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. در این مطالعه از 23 سوال در حیطه آگاهی و نگرش از کاربرد CBCT استفاده شد. روایی پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از منابع، مقالات معتبر علمی و با ارائه و نظرخواهی از متخصصین و اساتید رادیولوژی تایید گردید. برای تعیین پایایی از آزمون مجدد و تعیین ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. در نهایت نتایج به‌دست آمده به وسیله نرم‌افزارversion 16  SPSS توسط آزمون‌های آماری کای دو، تی تست و همبستگی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. نتایج: سطح آگاهی (0/0001P=) و نگرش (0/001 P=) دانشجویان عمومی از گروه دستیاران تخصصی بیشتر بود.  هم‌چنین بین سطح آگاهی و نگرش دانشجویان با مدت زمان تحصیل در دانشگاه تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود داشت که معمولاً هرچه سال تحصیلی بالاتر می‌رفت آگاهی (0/0001P=) و نگرش (0/001 P=) کمتر می‌شد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی یزد، دارای آگاهی و نگرش نسبتاً متوسطی در زمینه کاربرد CBCT می‌باشند.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of Knowledge and Attitude of Dental Residents and Students of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences towards the Need to Prescribe Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) in Years 2022-2023
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: In recent years, CBCT imaging has found many applications in dentistry due to its advantages such as 3D images, ease of imaging and the possibility of data reconstruction. The aim of this study was to evaluate the knowledge and attitude of dental residents and students of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences towards the need to prescribe CBCT in 2022-2023. Methods: the current study is a cross-sectional and descriptive study.146 general dentistry students and 24 dental residents participated in this study. 23 questions in the field of knowledge and attitude about the use of CBCT were used. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by using sources, valid scientific articles and by presenting and consulting radiology specialists. To determine the reliability, retest and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. Finally, the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS software version16 using chi-square, t-test and correlation tests. Results: The level of knowledge and attitude of general students was higher than dental residents. Moreover, there was a significant difference between the level of knowledge and attitude of students with their duration of study at the university, so the higher the academic year, the lower the knowledge and attitude. Conclusion: The results of the present study showed that dental students of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences have a relatively moderate knowledge and attitude about the use of CBCT.
