عنوان فارسی تدوین استراتژی‌های پایداری محیط‌زیست شهری با تأکید بر بخش صنعت. مطالعه موردی: صنعت خودروسازی
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده با توجه به شرایط اقلیمی خشک و نیمه­خشک، افزایش روزافزون جمعیت کشور از یک­ سو و رشد و توسعه صنعتی بویژه رشد شتابان صنعت خودرو از سوی دیگر که عوارض زیست­محیطی از جمله آلودگی شدید هوا در کلانشهرها را سبب شده است، کشور ما در زمره کشورهایی قرار دارد که مسائل زیست­محیطی در آن­ها از اهمیت مضاعفی برخوردار است و اتخاذ راهبردهای اساسی را در سطح جامعه و دولت ضروری ساخته است. در همین راستا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین و اولویت­بندی راهبردهای پایدرای محیط­زیست شهری با تأکید بر صنعت خودور انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضز از نظر روش در زمره تحقیقات توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نظر هدف جز تحقیقات کاربردی قرار دارد. برای این منظور گردآوری داده­ها به روش کتابخانه­ای و پیمایشی و مصاحبه با کارشناسان و نخبگان از طریق تهیه پرسش­نامه در قالب روش دلفی صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کارشناسان(اساتید دانشگاهی، مدیران و کارشناسان بخش صنعت(خودرو)) تشکیل داده­اند. سپس راهبردهای پایداری محیط­زیست شهری با استفاده از روش SWOT تدوین و با کمک تکنیک FAHP اولویت­بندی شد. نتایج نهایی حاصله از تکنیک FAHP نشان می­دهد راهبردهای "تهیه و تدوین برنامه کلان و جامع محیط­زیست کشور" ، "اتخاذ و به کارگیری نگاه محیط­زیست محور در زمینه توسعه من جمله توسعه بخش صنعت و خودروسازی" ، "شفافیت مسائل محیط­زیستی و پایش دقیق تولیدات شرکت­های خوروسازی از طریق به کارگیری قوانین و مقررات مربوطه" و "اتخاذ و پیاده­سازی مدیریت سبز در کلیه مراحل برنامه­ریزی، تولید و نظارت محصولات خودرو" موثرترین راهبردهای پایداری محیط­زیست شهری صنعت خودرو هستند.

عنوان انگلیسی Compiling Sustainable Urban Environmental Strategies with an Emphasis on the Industrial Sector; Case Study: Automotive Industry
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Due to the dry and semi-arid climate conditions, the increasing population of the country on the one hand and industrial growth and development, especially the accelerated growth of the automotive industry, on the other hand, have caused environmental pollution, including high pollution in metropolitan areas, our country is among the countries that environmental issues are more important and fundamental strategies at the level of society and government is necessary. In this regard, the present study aims to develop and prioritize sustainable urban strategies emphasizing the automobile industry. For this purpose, data collection was conducted using a library and survey method and interviews with experts and elites through the provision of a questionnaire in the form of a Delphi method. The statistical population of the study consisted of experts (university professors, managers and experts in the automotive industry sector). Then urban environmental sustainability strategies were developed using the SWOT method and prioritized with FAHP technique. The final results of the FAHP technique are shown that the strategies of “preparation and developing and comprehensive environmental program of the country”, “adopting and implementing an environmental-oriented approach to development, including the development of the industrial and automotive sector”, “the transparency of environmental issues and monitoring Accurate production of automotive corporations through the application of relevant laws and regulations” and “implementation of green management in all stages of planning, production and monitoring of automotive products” are the most effective urban environmental sustainability strategies of the automotive industry.
