عنوان فارسی آسیب‌شناسی مدیریت حمل و نقل جاده‌ای بار و کالا در استان اصفهان با تاکید بر ابعاد سیاسی و امنیتی
چکیده فارسی مقاله این مطالعه به آسیب شناسی مدیریت حمل و نقل جاده ای بار و کالا در استان اصفهان با تاکید بر ابعاد سیاسی و امنیتی پرداخته است. پژوهش حاضر از منظر هدف کاربردی از نظر روش پژوهش به روش ترکیبی (کمی و کیفی) است. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از چند روش عمده، مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، مصاحبه و بررسی‌های میدانی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را مدیران، کارشناسان حمل و نقل استان اصفهان و اداره کل راه و ترابری استان تشکیل داد. روش نمونه گیری در بخش مدیران و کارشناسان هدفمند بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارSPSS موردتجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. فاز دوم پژوهش از روش مقوله بندی استقرایی انجام گرفت. در این بخش علاوه بر روش تحلیل محتوای مصاحبه ها از روش تحلیل مضمون و تحلیل تم نیز استفاده شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که سوء مدیریت بخش حمل و نقل، عدم وجود زیرساخت های جاده ای مناسب، نبود نظارت کافی بر سیستم حمل و نقل جاده ای، نبود خدمات و تسهیلات مناسب برای رانندگان، ناکارآمد شدن سیستم حمل و نقل جاده ای، نارضایتی و اعتصاب پرسنل بخش حمل و نقل، احتمال ایجاد مسائل امنیتی و سیاسی به دلیل فعالیت شرکت های غیر مجاز، کاهش بازده سرمایه گذاری و عدم تمایل بخش خصوصی جزو مشکلات مدیریت حمل و نقل جاده ای بار و کالا در استان اصفهان محسوب می شوند.

عنوان انگلیسی Pathology of Cargo and Goods Road Transport Management in Isfahan Province with Emphasis on Political and Security Aspects
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This study deals with the pathology of cargo and goods road transport management in Isfahan province with emphasis on political and security aspects. The present research is based on a combined (quantitative and qualitative) research method. Several major methods, library studies, interviews and field surveys were used to collect information. The statistical population of the research was made up of managers, transport experts of Isfahan province and the general administration of road and transport of the province. The sampling method was targeted in managers and experts. The data was analyzed using SPSS software. The second phase of the research was conducted using the inductive categorization method. In this section, in addition to the method of content analysis of the interviews, the method of theme analysis and theme analysis was also used. The findings of the research showed that the mismanagement of the transportation sector, the lack of proper road infrastructure, the lack of adequate monitoring of the road transportation system, the lack of proper services and facilities for drivers, the inefficiency of the road transportation system, dissatisfaction And the strike of transportation department personnel, the possibility of creating security and political issues due to the activity of unauthorized companies, the reduction of investment returns, and the unwillingness of the private sector are among the problems of road transportation of cargo and goods in Isfahan province. .
