عنوان فارسی بازشناسی مولفه‌های فرهنگ دفاعی و قدرت ملی در منظومه فکری مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی)
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف این تحقیق در زمینه مطالعات راهبردی و با هدف شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی مولفه‌های فرهنگ دفاعی و قدرت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران از منظر مقام معظم رهبری انجام شده است. از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ روش، کمی و کیفی به روش توصیفی- پیمایشی است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌ها به روش تحلیل ماتریس و فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی با استفاده از AHP انجام شده است. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در بخش مطالعات نظری شامل بیانات مقام معظم رهبری، کتاب‌‌ها، مقاله‌ها، رساله‌ها و منابع علمی مرتبط با موضوع تحقیق و در بخش میدانی شامل: مصاحبه کیفی با خبرگان و ابزار مشاهده است. جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان قدرت ملی، فرهنگ دفاعی، علوم سیاسی و مطالعات راهبردی با حجم نمونه 15 نفر با نمونه‌گیری به روش گلوله برفی است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌‌ها نشان می‌‌دهد فرهنگ دفاعی و قدرت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران از جنبه ساختاری و مادی شامل هفت مولفه عزم ملی و عزتمندی ملت، توان دفاعی، اقتدار اقتصادی، وسعت و موقعیت ژئوپلیتیک، تنوع جمعیتی و قومیتی، پیشرفت علمی، انرژی و ذخایر طبیعی است. همچنین از جنبه محتوایی و معنوی شامل شش مولفه تقویت روحیه ملی، مشارکت مردمی، خوداتکایی و نگاه به درون، اعتمادبه‌نفس، فرهنگ جهاد و شهادت‌طلبی، بصیرت و دشمن‌شناسی است. مولفه‌‌های فرهنگ دفاعی موثر بر استحکام قدرت ملی از منظر مقام معظم رهبری چارچوبی را شامل می‌شود که ظرفیت‌های فکری، فرهنگی، سیاسی و اقتصادی در آن نهفته است و براساس نتایج به‌دست آمده، مولفه‌های پیشرفت علمی و بصیرت و دشمن‌شناسی دارای اهمیت بیشتری هستند.

عنوان انگلیسی Recognition of Components of Defense Culture and National Power in the Supreme Leader's Intellectual System
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this study is to identify and rank components of the defense culture and national power of the Islamic Republic of Iran from the point of view of the Supreme Leader. In terms of purpose, this is an applied research and in terms of method, it uses both quantitive and qualitative methods. In the qualitative section of the text analysis, based on supreme leader’s statements on the dimensions and components of defense; and national power were analyzed, and in a small part of the research, survey method was applied. The statistical population of the qualitative section of the scientific resources related to the subject and the statistical population of the section is a sample of 15 experts selected by snowball sampling method. Researchers made a questionnaire and a targeted sampling method was used. The analysis is based on matrix analysis using AHP. Defense culture and national power of the Islamic Republic of Iran, from the structural and material aspects, include seven components: national determination and national well-being; defense ability; economic authority; geopolitical extent and location; population and ethnic diversity; scientific progress; energy and natural resources. Also, the content and spiritual aspect include six components: strengthening of national morale; popular participation; self-reliance; self-esteem; the culture of jihad and martyrdom; insight and anti-pathology. The components of effective defense culture of the strength of national power from the perspective of the leadership of the framework include intellectual, cultural, political and economical; and most important components are insight, scientific progression and understanding the concept of “enemy”.
