عنوان فارسی ارزیابی نقش فضاهای شهری پیاده‌مدار در دستیابی به پایداری اجتماعی و فرهنگی با توجه به نیازهای انسان (مطالعۀ موردی: محور پاسداران ﺷﻬﺮ ایﻼم)
چکیده فارسی مقاله یکی از پیامدهای رشد شتابان شهرنشینی در دهه‌های اخیر عدم توجه به حضور انسان در فضاهای شهری است که زمینه‌ساز پایین آمدن تعاملات اجتماعی افراد شده است. انتخاب مسیرهای پیاده نیاز به شاخص­هایی دارد تا علاوه بر افزایش دسترسی و آسایش برای شهروندان، بتواند زمینه را برای رفع نیازهای آنها فراهم آورد؛ چنانکه علاوه­ بر گذران اوقات فراغت، در تهیۀ ملزومات زندگی و افزایش تعاملات اجتماعی و فرهنگی نیز مؤثر باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعمق نظری و تجربی و شناسایی برخی شاخص­های مؤثر بر دستیابی به پایداری اجتماعی و فرهنگی­از طریق فضاهای شهری پیاده‌مدار­ و توجه به نیازهای شهروندان در محیط شهری نمونۀ مورد مطالعه است. این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت، عملی- کاربردی و از لحاظ روش مطالعه، توصیفی، تحلیلی و پیمایشی است. از ابزار آماری SPSS در تحلیل پرسشنامه‌های مربوط به جامعۀ آماری و آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش استفاده شد و نتایج نهایی در قالب اهداف، راهبردها و سیاست­های اجرایی ارائه گردید. بر مبنای تئوری بالا و نتایج پرسشنامه، ­خیابان پاسداران در حال حاضر شرایط مطلوبی ندارد؛ ­اما با توجه به پتانسیل­های موجود،­ در صورت ایجاد شدن شرایط مطلوب برای پیاده­روی می­تواند به فضای شهری مناسبی در جهت تأمین نیازهای اجتماعی و فرهنگی شهروندان در شهر ایلام تبدیل شود؛ به بیان دیگر در صورت موفقیت می‌تواند به عنوان الگویی برای فضاهای شهری پیاده‌مدار در ایلام مطرح گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of Study of Urban Spaces in Promoting Sustainable Social Development with Emphasis on Citizen Participation (Case Study: Pasdaran Street, Ilam)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract One of the consequences of rapid growth of urbanization in recent decades has been neglecting human presence in urban spaces, which is the cause of the decline of social interactions of individuals. Today, more principles of sustainable development are in the public domain city. In this regard, since active engagement with life is more than anything else, by providing opportunities for participation, activity and social interaction among citizens, the extent participation in public areas city affect the physical and mental conditions of citizens and the establishment of the goals of sustainable social development are influential. The purpose of the present research is to evaluate the theoretical and empirical methods and identify some effective indicators on achieving social and cultural sustainability the urban spaces and considering the needs citizens in the urban environment of the sample. The current study is descriptive-analytical and surveying in terms of purpose, practical and applied, in terms of nature and method of the study. The statistical tools of SPSS used to analyze the questionnaires of the statistical society and to test the research hypotheses and the final results were presented in the form of goals, strategies and executive policies. Based on the above theory and the results of the questionnaire, Pasdaran Street currently has no conditions. But considering the existing potential, if favorable conditions for walking can be created, it can turn into an urban space to meet the social and needs of citizens in the city of Ilam. If it succeeds, it can be used as a model for the sidewalks in Ilam.
