چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Religious scholars' stance aginst the juridical trends in the Constitutional Revolution was of two types. One group refrained from any cooperation with it, and the other attempted to assay the juridical data of the western world by their own principles. Shah id Mudarris, who witnessed the two groups' disputes at close quarters, was able to rightly exploit all these chances due to his inherent ingenuity. For this reason, he could be considered as the ''resultant'' outgrowth of the two viewpoints, who, with his substantial influence proved to have been able to achieve a superior methodology in expounding the Islamic judicial principles.
