عنوان انگلیسی A Critical Review of the Chronology of the Qur'an from the Viewpoint of some Orientalists
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In the science of the Qur'an chronology, the dates of the revelation of the Qur'anic verses to the Holy Prophet (S.A.W) are discussed and accordingly the classification of the verses into Makki and Madan i is also taken into consideration. Orientalists have also made researches on this issue and the present article reviews four relevant viewpoints, which mainly assume a four-stage classification. In the end, the writer concludes that one of the mistakes common among all of them is their statemant according to which verses revealed in Makka are different in style from those revealed in Madina.
