چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Islamic Medicine has a special status among great systems of medicine such as the Indian, Chinese , and G ree k. It goes without saying that the world medical systems enjoy reciprocal relations with one another. In this article, the writer takes a glance at the Islamic Medicine and touche s upon the Tibb al-Nabi, contending that the Islamic Medicine has had great influence on western medicine or modern medicine in various aspects after its flourish, although it had benifitted from other medical systems. Common features of Islamic Medicine and other systems of medicine, characteristics of Islamic me dicine, and Iranian physicians are among other topics reviewe d in this article.
