عنوان فارسی مدل تأثیر سلامت روانی بر سازگاری اجتماعی و تصویر بدنی دانش آموزان استثنائی در دوران بیماری کووید- ۱۹ با تأ کید بر فعالیت بدنی
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی مدل تأثیر سلامت روانی بر سازگاری اجتماعی و تصویر بدنی دانش آموزان استثنائی کشور بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش توصیفی و همبستگی با استفاده از معادلات عملیاتی، و از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری اطلاعات، میدانی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه دانش آموزان دختر و پسر با نیازهای ویژه کشور در 6 گروه آسیب دیده شنوایی، آسیب دیده بینایی، معلول جسمی-حرکتی، چندمعلولیتی، کم توان ذهنی و اختلال طیف اُتیسم تشکیل می داد که در سال تحصیلی 1399 در مقطع متوسطه دوم مشغول به تحصیل بودند. سهم آماری آنها 8500 نفر بود که 3300 نفرشان دختر و 5200 نفرشان پسر بودند. حجم نمونه آماری 367 نفر بود که با استفاده از جدول مورگان محاسبه و به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، پرسش نامه سلامت روانی 1 گلدبرگ ) 1972 (، سازگاری اجتماعی بل 2 ) 1961 ( و تصویر بدنی 3 کش و پروزینسکی ) 1990 ( بود. جهت تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل واریانس، ضریب رگرسیون چندگانه و جهت آزمون مدل از معادلات عملیاتی استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس، رابطه خطی بین سلامت روانی با سازگاری اجتماعی و تصویر بدنی را تأیید کرد و نتایج آزمون مدل عملیاتی نشان داد که در دانش آموزان استثنائی با نوع معلولیت جسمی-حرکتی، اثر سلامت روانی بر سازگاری اجتماعی و تصویر بدنی معنادار بود. نتیجه گیری: براین اساس، طراحی و برنامه ریزی مناسب در جهت بهبود سلامت روانی دانش آموزان استثنائی )علی الخصوص دانش آموزان با مشکل جسمی-حرکتی( از طریق فعالیت بدنی جهت بهبود سازگاری اجتماعی آنها و تصویر بدنی مثبت توصیه می شود.

عنوان انگلیسی The model of the effect of mental health on social adjustment and physical image of exceptional students in the era of Covid-19 (With an emphasis on physical activity)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Background and purpose: The purpose of this research was to model the effect of mental health on social adjustment and body image of exceptional students in Iran. Method: The study method of this research is descriptive and correlational using operational equations, in terms of practical purpose and collecting field information. The statistical population of this research is all exceptional students of the country (with special needs) in 6 groups of disabilities (deaf, blind, Physically disabled, multi-disabled, mentally retarded, autism) in have formed the secondary school, which the statistical share of students was 8500 of which 3300 were girls and 5200 were boys in the country in 2019 (exceptional education organization of the country) and the statistical sample size was 367 people, which was calculated using Morgan's table and The way to choose it was formed randomly. The instruments used in this research were Goldberg's mental health questionnaire (1972), Bell's social adjustment (1961) and Cash and Prozinski's body image (1990). Results: To analyze the data, variance analysis, multiple regression coefficient and operational equations were used to test the model. The results of the variance analysis confirmed the linear relationship between mental health and social adjustment and body image, and the results of the operational model test showed that in exceptional students with physical-motor disabilities, the effect of mental health on social adaptation and body image was significant. Conclusion: Based on this, appropriate design and planning are recommended to improve the mental health of exceptional students through physical activity to improve their social adjustment and positive body image.
