عنوان فارسی طراحی الگوی همسویی ذینفعان نهادی با هدف مهارت افزایی، به منظور توسعه کارآفرینی پایدار
چکیده فارسی مقاله مشارکت و همسویی ذینفعان راه‌حلی نو جهت ایجاد نوآوری در خصوص پایداری زیست‌بوم کارآفرینی است.بر این اساس هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگوی مشارکت و همسویی ذینفعان نهادی با هدف مهارت افزایی، به منظور توسعه کارآفرینی پایداراست. این تحقیق از نظر ماهیت کیفی و ابزار گردآوری داده ها مصاحبه بوده است که تا رسیدن به حد اشباع نظری انجام مصاحبه ادامه داشته است این مهم با انجام 20 مصاحبه محقق شده است .مشارکت کنندگان در این پژوهش، سیاستگذاران و مدیران سازمانی و نهادی در شهر تهران بوده اند. الگوی نهایی مشارکت ذینفعان نهادی با هدف مهارت افزایی در توسعه کارآفرینی پایدار شامل« مولفه های چالش ساز در مشارکت ذینفعان» ،« مکانیزم های موثر بر مشارکت ذینفعان»،« مکانیزمهای پیشران »،«الزام و ضرورت ها» و پیامدهای متصورجهت توسعه کارآفرینی پایدار نیز مشخص شده است.امید است این نتایج بینش های ارزشمندی در رابطه با ارائه الگویی یکپارچه برای مشارکت ذینفعان برای توسعه کارآفرینی پایدار در محیط اکوسیستم کارآفرینی ایران ارائه نماید.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The participation and alignment of stakeholders is a new solution to create innovation regarding the sustainability of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Based on this, the purpose of this research is to design a model of participation and alignment of institutional stakeholders with the aim of increasing skills, in order to develop sustainable entrepreneurship. In terms of the qualitative nature and data collection tool, this research has been an interview, which has continued until the theoretical saturation of the interviews has been reached. This task has been achieved by conducting 20 interviews. They have been to Tehran. The final model of institutional stakeholder participation with the aim of increasing skills in the development of sustainable entrepreneurship including "challenging components in stakeholder participation", "mechanisms affecting stakeholder participation", "driving mechanisms", "requirements and necessities" and the expected consequences for the development of sustainable entrepreneurship It is hoped that these results will provide valuable insights in relation to providing an integrated model for the participation of stakeholders for the development of sustainable entrepreneurship in the environment of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Iran.
