عنوان فارسی مقایسه تطبیقی نظام آموزشی کارشناسی پرستاری در ایران با کالج لیک میشیگان
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: توجه به نظامهای آموزشی موفق در جهان، مبین نهادینه شدن یک نظام کارآمد و اثربخش است و مقایسه نظامهای مختلف آموزشی باعث ارتقای محتوی و کیفیت برنامه آموزشی می گردد. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه برنامه آموزشی کارشناسی پرستاری ایران با کالج پرستاری میشیگان است. مواد و روش­ها: مطالعه مقایسه ای حاضر با استفاده از رویکرد توصیفی- تطبیقی در سال1401 انجام شد و اطلاعات مورد نیاز در مورد برنامه آموزشی کارشناسی پرستاری با جستجوی اینترنتی با کلید واژه های پرستاری، پرستار، آموزش پرستاری، کوریکولوم، برنامه درسی، میشیگان و ایران جمع آوری گردید و با استفاده از الگوی بردی و در چهار مرحله توصیف، تفسیر، هم جواری و مقایسه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.  یافته‌ها: نشان داد که رسالت و اهداف و ساختار کلی هر دو برنامه تشابهات زیادی وجود دارد، با این تفاوت که توجه به ویژگیها و تنوع فرهنگی مراجعین، بیمار مداری، توجه به ارائه مراقبت باکیفیت و ایمن از اهداف کالج لیک می باشد که در ایران کم رنگتر به نظر میرسد. در نحوه ارائه دروس پیش نیاز نیز تفاوت هایی دیده می شود. آموزش بالینی در کالج میشیگان در  آزمایشگاه شبیه ساز مجهز به پیشرفته ترین تکنولوژی آموزشی است، اما در ایران در محیط بالینی اجرا می شود و استفاده از رویکردهای نوین آموزش می باشد که در ایران کمتر به چشم می خورد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اینکه برنامه رشته کارشناسی پرستاری در ایران، در سال 1393 مورد بازنگری قرار گرفته است، انجام مطالعات توصیفی در مورد توانمندیهای کسب شده و محتوی برنامه می تواند با رفع مشکلات احتمالی برنامه به ارتقای هر چه بیشتر آن کمک نماید.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparative comparison of nursing education system in Iran with Lake Michigan College
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: Paying attention to successful educational systems in the world shows the institutionalization of an efficient and effective system, and comparing different educational systems improves the content and quality of the educational program. The purpose of this study is to compare Iran's undergraduate nursing education program with the Michigan College of Nursing. Materials and methods: The present comparative study was conducted using a descriptive-comparative approach in 2014, and the required information about the undergraduate nursing education program was searched on the Internet with the keywords nursing, nurse, nursing education, curriculum, curriculum, Michigan and Iran were collected and analyzed using Brady model and in four stages of description, interpretation, juxtaposition and comparison. Findings: It showed that there are many similarities in the mission, goals and overall structure of both programs, with the difference that paying attention to the characteristics and cultural diversity of clients, patient care, attention to providing high-quality and safe care is one of the goals of College Lake in Iran. It looks lighter. There are also differences in the way the prerequisite courses are presented. Clinical training in the Michigan College is equipped with the most advanced educational technology in the simulator laboratory, but in Iran it is implemented in a clinical environment and the use of modern teaching approaches is less common in Iran. Conclusion: Considering that the bachelor's program in nursing in Iran has been revised in 2013, conducting descriptive studies on the acquired abilities and the content of the program can help to improve it as much as possible by solving the possible problems of the program.
