عنوان فارسی بررسی تطبیقی برنامه آموزشی دوره کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری مراقبت‌های ویژه ایران و دانشگاه ولورهمپتون انگلستان
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: در سیستم خدمات بهداشتی، پرستاران با مهارت‌های تخصصی و دانش به‌روز در ارائه خدمات مقرون‌به‌صرفه و با کیفیت، از اجزای ضروری تیم مراقبتی به شمار می‌روند. دانش و مهارت پرستاران متخصص بالینی در کیفیت مراقبتی که بیماران دریافت می‌کنند تاثیرگذار است و همین امر سبب تبدیل آنها به اعضای حیاتی سیستم خدمات بهداشتی می‌شود. جهت استفاده بهینه از سرمایه‌های موجود در کشور، نظام‌های آموزشی باید برنامه‌ریزی‌های دقیق در حوزه‌ی تربیت نیروی انسانی متخصص داشته باشند که این امر توسعه، پیشرفت، شکوفایی و اقتدار علمی و فرهنگی جامعه را فراهم می‌سازد. وجود ارزشیابی در برنامه ‌آموزشی از مهم‌ترین راهکارهای ارتقا رشته می‌باشد. انجام مطالعات تطبیقی با مشخص نمودن نقاط ضعف و قوت روشی موثر است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف انجام مطالعه تطبیقی برنامه آموزشی کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری مراقبت‌های ویژه کشور ایران و دانشگاه ولورهمپتون انگلستان انجام شد.  روش‌کار: در ایـن مطالعـه توصیفـی- تطبیقـی در سـال 1401 اطلاعات مربوط به برنامـه آمـوزش کارشناسـی ارشـد پرستاری مراقبت‌های ویژه بـا اسـتفاده از کلیـدواژه‌هـای مطالعـه تطبیقـی، برنامـه درسـی، کارشناسـی ارشـد، پرستاری مراقبت‌های ویژه، کشور ایران، دانشگاه ولورهمپتون انگلستان مورد جتسجو قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات بـا اسـتفاده از الگـوی Bereday در چهـار مرحلـه توصیـف، تفسـیر، هـم‌جـواری و مقایسـه مـورد تجزیـه و تحلیـل قـرار گرفـت. یافته‌ها: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد که دانشگاه ولورهمپتون انگلستان دوره کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری مراقبت‌های ویژه را طی 3 سال و به صورت پاره‌وقت ارائه می‌کند. این دوره در کشور ایران به صورت تمام‌وقت ارائه می‌شود. با توجه به نقش مهم و قابل‌توجه عمل مبتنی بر شواهد، 60 واحد از کل واحدهای درسی در دانشگاه انگلستان به پایان‌نامه اختصاص دارد که در مقایسه با کشور ایران که پایان‌نامه  4 واحد دارد، تفاوت چشم‌گیر است. در هر دو دانشگاه جهت ورود به دوره، سابقه کار بالینی حائز اهمیت است و از ضروریات پذیرش در دوره است. در دانشگاه ولورهمپتون به رسالت، چشم‌انداز و ارزش‌های دوره پرداخته نشده که از نقاط ضعف آن بوده و برخلاف کشور ایران است که کاملا مشخص شده و مستند است. جایگاه شغلی افراد پس از فارغ‌التحصیل‌شدن در کشور کشور ایران مشخص نبوده ولی در دانشگاه ولورهمپتون تعریف‌شده و بدون ابهام است.  نتیجه‌گیری: برنامه کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری مراقبت‌های ویژه در کشور ایران با موفقیت در حال اجرا از سوی دانشگاه‌ها می‌باشد. توجه به مواردی همچون مشخص‌کردن جایگاه شغلی فارغ‌التحصیلان، تغییر دوره به صورت پاره‌وقت، توجه بیشتر به انجام پژوهش، تولید دانش و استفاده از دانش به‌دست‌آمده در محیط مراقبت بالینی می‌تواند انگیزه‌ی تحصیل را در متقاضیان بیشتر کرده و ارائه خدمات به بیماران بدحال را از سوی پرستاران تحت تاثیر قرار دهد.

عنوان انگلیسی A comparative study the Critical Care Nursing MSc curriculum in Iran and the University of Wolverhampton, England
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objectives: In the health service system, nurses with specialized skills and up-to-date knowledge in providing cost-effective and quality services are essential components of the care team. The knowledge and skills of clinical specialist nurses are influential in the quality of care that patients receive, and this makes them vital members of the health service system. In order to make optimal use of the funds available in the country, educational systems must have detailed plans in the field of training specialized human resources, which will provide the development, progress, prosperity and scientific and cultural authority of the society. The existence of evaluation in the educational program is one of the most important ways to improve the field. Conducting comparative studies by identifying the weak and strong points is an effective method. The present study was conducted with the aim of conducting a comparative study of the special care nursing master's program in Iran and the University of Wolverhampton, England. Materials and methods: In this descriptive-comparative study in 1401, information related to the master's degree program in critical care nursing was searched using the keywords of comparative study, curriculum, master's degree, critical care nursing, Iran, University of Wolverhampton, England. The information was analyzed using the Bereday model in four stages: description, interpretation, juxtaposition and comparison. Findings: The obtained results showed that the University of Wolverhampton, England offers a master's degree in intensive care nursing in 3 years and on a part-time basis. This course is offered full-time in Iran. Due to the important and significant role of evidence-based practice, 60 credits of the total course credits in the University of England are dedicated to the thesis, which is a significant difference compared to the country of Iran, where the thesis has 4 credits. In both universities, in order to enter the course, clinical work experience is important and is one of the requirements for admission to the course. In the University of Wolverhampton, the mission, vision and values ​​of the course have not been addressed, which is one of its weak points, and it is contrary to the country of Iran, which is fully defined and documented. The job status of people after graduation is not clear in Iran, but it is defined and unambiguous in the University of Wolverhampton. Conclusion: The master's program in special care nursing in Iran is being successfully implemented by the universities. As a result of such things as determining the job status of graduates, changing the course to part-time, paying more attention to conducting research, producing knowledge and using the knowledge obtained in the clinical care environment can increase the motivation of applicants to study and provide services to critically ill patients by nurses.
