عنوان انگلیسی Comparing the Effectiveness of the Ability to Enjoy with the PERMA Well-Being and the Time Perspective Educational Package on the Vitality of Veterans' Children
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Aims: The aim of the present study was to compare the effectiveness of the educational packages of the ability to enjoy, the well-being of PERMA and the perspective of time on the vitality of the children of veterans. Materials & Methods: The current research was a semi-experimental type of pre-test-post-test and follow-up with a control group. The statistical population consisted of all high school students who had veteran parents in the academic year of 1401-1402 in Isfahan city. For this purpose, 72 students were selected by purposeful sampling and randomly assigned to three experimental groups (18 people each) and a control group (18 people). Individuals of the experimental groups participated in parallel and simultaneous training sessions on the ability to enjoy, PERMA well-being and time perspective; But for the control group, there was no intervention. The measuring tool included the academic vitality questionnaire of Dehghanizadeh and Chari (2019). To analyze the data, repeated measurement variance analysis and Bonferroni post hoc test were used. Findings: The results showed that there is a significant difference in the variable of academic vitality between all three groups, ability to enjoy, PERMA well-being and time perspective with the control group (p< 0.05), but no significant difference was found between the three experimental groups (p>0.05). Conclusion: The findings of this research emphasize the importance of paying attention to the academic vitality of children of veterans and have important practical implications for educational interventions useful for them.
