عنوان فارسی ارزیابی نگرش و میزان آگاهی دستیاران و کارورزان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در رابطه با رضایت آگاهانه در سال ۱۳۹۹
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده مقدمه و هدف: یکی از اساسی‌ترین حقوق بیماران، حق رضایت به قبول یک روش معالجه است. رضایت آگاهانه، پایه و اساس اخلاق پزشکی است. رعایت فرآیند استاندارد اخذ رضایت آگاهانه از بیمار در زمینه‌ها و فعالیت‌های درمانی و پژوهشی ضمن تأثیر مستقیم بر روی رضایت‌ بیمار، کاهش شکایات و مداخلات حقوقی و انتظامی از کادر درمانی را در پی خواهد داشت. به همین منظور مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف ارزیابی نگرش و میزان آگاهی کارورزان و دستیاران نسبت به رضایت آگاهانه انجام گردید. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه‌ای توصیفی-تحلیلی و مقطعی است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه‌ی استاندارد دانش و نگرش نسبت به رضایت آگاهانه و جنبه‌های قانونی آن بود . برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از آزمون‌های توصیفی و تحلیلی مناسب استفاده گردید و سطح معنی‌دار کم‌تر از 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد.  یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره‌ی نگرش دستیاران 93/0±14/3 و کارورزان 23/1±80/2 بود. هم‌چنین میانگین نمره‌ی آگاهی دستیاران 79/3±23/15 و کارورزان 79/3±64/14 بود. در بین متغییرهای دموگرافیک مورد ارزیابی، فقط بین نگرش و رشته‌ی تحصیلی دستیاران و همچنین بین نگرش و وضعیت تأهل کارورزان ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که آگاهی و نگرش دستیاران و کارورزان از رضایت آگاهانه و جنبه‌های قانونی آن در حد متوسط است. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع لازم می‌باشد تا تغییراتی در فرایند آموزشی دانشگاه به منظور طرح‌ریزی برنامه‌ای آموزشی در این باره صورت گیرد.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of the attitude and level of knowledge of assistants and interns of the University of Medical Sciences of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army regarding informed consent in 2019
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction and purpose: One of the most basic rights of patients is the right to consent to accept a treatment method. Informed consent is the foundation of medical ethics. Compliance with the standard process of obtaining informed consent from the patient in the fields of therapeutic and research activities, while directly affecting the patient's satisfaction, will lead to a reduction in complaints and legal and disciplinary interventions from the medical staff. For this purpose, the present study was conducted. Methodology: The current research is a descriptive-analytical and cross-sectional study. The data collection tool was the standard questionnaire of knowledge and attitude towards informed consent and its legal aspects. For data analysis, appropriate descriptive and analytical tests were used and the significant level was considered less than 0.05. Findings: The average attitude score of assistants was 3.14±0.93 and interns was 2.80±1.23. Also, the average knowledge score of assistants was 15.23±3.79 and interns was 14.64±3.79. Among the demographic variables evaluated, there was only a significant relationship between the attitude and the field of study of the assistants, as well as between the attitude and the marital status of the interns. Discussion and conclusion: The results of this research showed that the knowledge and attitude of assistants and interns about informed consent and its legal aspects is average. Considering the importance of this issue, it is necessary to make changes in the educational process of the university in order to plan an educational program in this regard.
