عنوان فارسی اثر زمان نصب و رنگ پوشش تورهای سایبانی بر برخی از ویژگی‌های برگ و میوه در دو رقم تجاری انجیر تحت شرایط دیم
چکیده فارسی مقاله به­منظور بررسی تأثیر توری­های زرد و آبی و زمان نصب آن­ها روی ویژگی­های انجیر آزمایشی به­صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک­های کاملاً تصادفی، با سه فاکتور در سه تکرار روی انجیر دیم اجرا شد. با ارزیابی بسیاری از ویژگی­های برگ و میوه انجیر، نتایج نشان داد که بین دو زمان نصب تور تفاوت اندکی وجود دارد. همچنین برتری درختان دارای سایبان را نسبت به شاهد بدون پوشش تور از نظر ویژگی­های برگ (افزایش عرض برگ و کاهش سوختگی حاشیه برگ) و کیفی میوه (افزایش اندازه) تأیید کرد. علاوه بر این، تورهای رنگی توانستند با حفظ محتوای نسبی آب برگ و کاهش مطلوب دمای برگ درختان انجیر در شرایط دیم، جبران کمبود آب میوه­ها در هنگام رسیدن را فراهم کنند. استفاده از تورهای سایه­دار در درختان انجیر رقم سبز و سیاه باعث طولانی­شدن عمر انبارداری میوه­های تازه آن­ها شد. بین دو تور رنگی اختلاف اندکی وجود داشت که تور آبی رنگ با افزایش برخی صفات مطلوب به­ویژه سرعت فتوسنتز، طول عمر انبارداری میوه تازه، اسیدهای قابل تیتر میوه به­ترتیب تا  µmol m−2 s−15/11، 1/14 روز و 24/0 بهتر از تور زرد رنگ بود. نصب تور آبی رنگ روی درخت انجیر در آخر اردیبهشت باعث افزایش میزان فتوسنتز برگ شد. استفاده از سایبان باعث بهبود کیفی عملکرد اقتصادی انجیر و افزایش بازده اقتصادی باغات انجیر می­شود. استفاده از تور آبی در مقایسه با تور زرد مزیت اقتصادی داشت.

عنوان انگلیسی The effect of installation time and color of shading covering nets on some characteristics of leaf and fruit in two commercial fig cultivars under rainfed conditions
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In order to investigate the effect of yellow and blue nets and their installation time on the characteristics of figs, a factorial experiment was carried out in the form of a randomized complete block design with three factors in three replications on rainfed fig. By assessing many of the leaf and fruit features of figs, the results showed that there is a slight difference between the two times of the net installation. It also confirmed the superiority of trees with shading than without a covering net in terms of leaf properties (increased leaf width and reduced margin necrosis) and fruit quality (increase in size). In addition, colored nets were able to compensate for the lack of fruit water during ripening by maintaining the relative water content of the leaf and the optimal reduction of the leaf's temperature in rainy conditions. The use of shaded nets in Sabz and Siah fig trees prolonged the storage life of their fresh fruits. There was a slight difference between the two-colored nets, the blue net was better than the yellow net, with an increase in some favorable characteristics, especially the rate of photosynthesis, fresh fruit storage life, titratable fruit acids up to 11.5 µmol m−2 s−1 ,14.1 days and 0.24, respectively. Installing a blue net on the fig tree in mid-May increased leaf photosynthesis. The use of shading improves the quality of the economic performance of figs and increases the economic efficiency of fig orchards. The use of the blue net had an economic advantage compared to the yellow net.
