عنوان فارسی بررسی ویژگی‌های مورفولوژیکی، آناتومیکی و بیوشیمیایی گیاه دارویی چوچاق (Eryngium caucasicum Trautv.)
چکیده فارسی مقاله Eryngium caucasicum (چوچاق) از خانواده Apiacea بومی نواحی شمالی ایران با خاصیت دارویی و غذایی قابل توجهی است. در این پژوهش ویژگی‌های مورفولوژیکی و آناتومیکی برگ‌، دم برگ، ساقه و ریشه چوچاق با میکروسکوپ نوری، همچنین میزان فنل، فلاونوئید، فعالیت آنتی­اکسیدانی با استفاده از دستگاه اسپکتروفوتومتر و آنالیز ترکیبات اسانس بخش هوایی با استفاده از دستگاه GC و GCMS ارزیابی شد. بررسی­ها نشان داد مزوفیل برگ­های گیاه دو لپه­ای چوچاق در دو طرف ناحیه فوقانی و تحتانی برگ زیر اپیدرم از پارانشیم نردبانی و در مرکز پارانشیم اسفنجی وجود دارد. همچنین آرایش مشخص بافت مکانیکی کلانشیم، به ویژه در برگ­ها، چین و چروک­های مشخص در کوتیکول برگ نیز دیده می­شود. ساقه و دمگل دارای شیارهای طولی و سلول­های کلانشیم هستند. آئرانشیم در ساقه و ریشه وجود دارد، ولی اسکلرانشیم در هیچ یک از قسمت­های مورد مطالعه گیاه دیده نشد. ذرات اگزالات کلسیم و کانال­هال­های ترشحی در تمام قسمت­های مورد مطالعه مشاهده شد. اندام هوایی چوچاق دارای 9/53 میلی­گرم درگرم ماده خشک فلاونوئید، 79/48 میلی­گرم در گرم ماده خشک فنل و 97/62 درصد فعالیت آنتی­اکسیدانی بود. میزان اسانس استخراج­شده از اندام­های هوایی 37 درصد و عمده ترین ترکیبات موجود در اسانس شامل Piperitone (78/48 درصد)، ß-Sesquiphellandrene (64/12 درصد)، (Z)-Falcarinol (85/7 درصد) و (Z)-ß-Farnesene (36/6 درصد) بود.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the morphological, anatomical and biochemical characteristics of the medicinal plant Eryngium caucasicum Trautv.
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Eryngium caucasicum from the Apiaceae family, is native to the northern regions of Iran and has significant medicinal and nutritional properties. This paper has provided detailed morpho-anatomical characteristics of the leaves, peduncles, leaf tail, stem, and roots of Eryngium caucasicum by bright-field light microscopy. Also, the amount of phenol, flavonoid, and antioxidant activity with a spectrophotometer and the analysis of essential compounds of the aerial part with GC and GCMS have been presented. Morpho-anatomical features include the dicot-like leaves with palmate venation, isolateral mesophyll with palisade tissue on the upper and lower regions of the leaf, and much reduced spongy parenchyma; characteristic arrangement of the mechanical collenchyma tissue, especially in leaves; and characteristic wrinkles in the leaf cuticle. The stem and peduncle with longitudinal ribs contain collenchyma; there is a presence of aerenchyma in the peduncle and root; calcium oxalate druses and secretory channels in all the studied plant parts; and an absence of sclerenchyma in all investigated parts of the plant. The aerial parts of E. caucasicum had 37% essential oil, 53.9 mg of flavonoids per gram of dry matter, 48.79 mg per gram of dry matter, and 62.97 percent antioxidant activity. The main compounds in the essential oil of the aerial part include Piperitone (48.78%), ß-Sesquiphellandrene (12.64%), and (Z)-Falcarinol (7.85%), and (Z) ß-Farnesene (6.36 percent).
