عنوان فارسی کاربرد مدل سالمندی موفق در شهر تهران
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه و اهداف: هدف این تحقیق بررسی مؤلفه‌های مدل سالمندی موفق روو و کان یعنی نبود بیماری و معلولیت، عملکرد بالای شناختی و فیریکی و مشارکت در زندگی در شهر تهران در سال 1401 است که بر روی دو گروه از سالمندان زن و مرد شهر تهران انجام شده است. روش کار: این مطالعه مبتنی بر پیمایش از یک نمونه 637 نفری از سالمندان 60 سال و بالاتر شهر تهران است که از طریق نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای از مناطق 22 گانه شهر تهران، متناسب با حجم جمعیت سالمندان در هر منطقه انتخاب شد. برای آزمون اینکه آیا مدل رو و کان، توسط داده ها تأیید می شود یا خیر  از مدل معادلات ساختاری (SEM) تاییدی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که مدل رو و کان از برازش آماری خوبی برخوردار است (0/01> p). بارهای عاملی در مدل کل جمعیت و نیز در میان هر دو جنس مورد مقایسه، از نظر آماری معنی دار و در عین حال متفاوت است. از بین سه بعد سالمندی موفق (نبود بیماری و معلولیت، کارکرد فیزیکی و شناختی و مشارکت در زندگی)، نبود بیماری و معلولیت بیشترین ارتباط را با سالمندی موفق در کل و هر دو جنس دارد. اما در دو بعد دیگر بر حسب جنس، اهمیت و قوت بعد مشارکت در زندگی و کارکرد فیزیکی و شناختی متفاوت است. نتیجه‌گیری: برنامه هایی برای حمایت از سلامت جسمی سالمندان به ویژه در زمینه بیماری های مزمن ناشی از سبک زندگی باید تدوین شود و افزایش مشارکت فعال باید در اولویت باشد که به اعمال مداخلاتی در دوره جوانی و میان سالی نیاز دارد.

عنوان انگلیسی Applying the Successful Aging Model in Tehran City
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: This research aims to investigate the components of Rowe and Kahn's successful aging model, encompassing the absence of disease and disability, high cognitive and physical performance, and active participation in life among the elderly population in Tehran in 2020, considering both genders. Methods: This study utilized a survey approach, involving a sample of 637 individuals aged 60 years and above in Tehran. The sample was selected using a multi-stage cluster sampling method from 22 districts of Tehran, considering the elderly population in each district. Confirmatory structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to assess whether Rowe and Kahn's model aligns with the collected data. Results: The study's findings demonstrated that Rowe and Kahn's model exhibited a strong statistical fit (p< 0.01). Factor loadings in the overall population model and among the two genders were statistically significant and varied. Across the three dimensions of successful aging (avoiding disease and disability, maintaining physical and cognitive functioning, and continuing engagement with life), avoiding disease and disability was the most strongly associated with successful aging, regardless of gender. However, in the other two dimensions, the significance and strength of participation in life and physical and cognitive function varied based on gender. Conclusion: Programs to support the physical health of the elderly, especially in chronic diseases resulting from lifestyle choice should be developed, and increasing active participation should be a priority, which requires interventions in youth and middle age.
