عنوان فارسی سنجش میزان رضایت‌مندی و تمایل به مشارکت شهروندان در اجرای پروژه‌های زیربنایی شهرداری مورد : شهرداری زاهدان
چکیده فارسی مقاله این پروژه‌ها در شهر زاهدان است. روش تحقیق پیمایشی- توصیفی می‌باشد. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش را کلیه‌ی ساکنان شهر زاهدان در بهار سال 1390 تشکیل می‌دهند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 382 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه برای تکمیل پرسشنامه انتخاب شده‌اند. شیوه‌ی نمونه‌گیری نیز متناسب با حجم در مناطق سه‌گانه شهر زاهدان تعیین گردید. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که در مجموع 38/38 درصد شهروندان از عملکرد شهرداری نارضایتی در حد زیاد و خیلی زیاد دارند. بیشترین میزان رضایت‌مندی با نمره 14/3 (5>1 با میانه 3) در زمینه‌ی کنترل ساخت و سازها و صدور پروانه‌ی ساختمان و کمترین میزان رضایت‌مندی نیز با نمره 49/2 در زمینه‌ی رسیدگی به خواسته‌ها و نیازهای شهروندان است. پیرامون مقوله‌ی تمایل به مشارکت نیز، بیش از دو سوم شهروندان، یعنی 18/65 درصد از شهروندان در حد زیاد و خیلی زیاد برای مشارکت در اجرای پروژه‌های زیربنایی شهرداری آمادگی دارند که نشان‌دهنده‌ی تمایل شهروندان به مشارکت برای رفع م   هدف از انجام این پژوهش، سنجش میزان رضایت شهروندان از اجرای پروژه‌های زیربنایی شهرداری و تمایل به مشارکت آنان در اجرای سائل محل زیست خود می‌باشد. بیشترین میزان تمایل به مشارکت در زمینه‌ی ایجاد نظم و امنیت در محله با نمره‌ی 76/3 (5>1 با میانه 3) و کمترین آن در زمینه‌ی اهمیت مشارکت شهروندان از سوی شهرداری و دیگر سازمان‌های دخیل در امور شهری با نمره‌ی 48/2 است. استفاده از مدل تحلیل مسیر نشان می‌دهد که مقدار ضریب تعیین 8/97 درصد از مجموعه تغییرات متغیّر وابسته توسط مدل تحلیلی پژوهش را تعیین می‌کند که در آن مؤلفه‌ی مشارکت شهروندی با ضریب 596/0، تأثیرگذارترین متغیّر بر رضایت‌مندی شهروندان از اجرای پروژه‌های زیربنایی است و مؤلفه‌های رضایت اجتماعی، پایگاه اقتصادی- اجتماعی، اعتماد اجتماعی، آگاهی اجتماعی و سن به ترتیب در رتبه‌های بعدی اثرگذاری قرار دارند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The purpose of this study was to measure satisfaction and the role of citizen participation in municipal infrastructure projects in the three threefold Zones of Zahedan Municipality. The survey - is descriptive. In the spring of 2011 all citizens of Zahedan was the population of study. Using the formula of Cochran, 382 patients were selected as samples to complete the questionnaire. Sampling proportional to size in the three threefold Zones of Zahedan Municipality has been determined. The findings show that a total of 38.38 percent citizens of Zahedan are high and very high level of dissatisfaction with the performance of the municipality. The highest level of satisfaction with a score of 3.14 (5>1 with a median of 3) control in construction and building permit is issued and the lowest satisfaction score of 2.49 to audit the demands and needs of citizens. About participate more than two of three citizens, namely 65.18 percent are high and very high level of dissatisfaction for participate are already participation in municipal infrastructure projects that shows social capital is relatively high among the citizens Zahedan. The maximum participate in the creation of order and security in the neighborhood with the score is 3.76 and the lowest participation of citizens in the municipality and other organizations responsible for urban affairs with scores is 2.48. Using Path Analysis shows that the ratio of 97.8 percent of the dependent variable changes by analytical models of sets that the citizen participation component with a coefficient of 0. 596 is influential variable on satisfaction of participation in municipal infrastructure projects and Consent of social, economic and social base, social confidence, social awareness and age respectively are next in the ranking influence.
