عنوان فارسی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر میزان مشارکت دانشجویان در فرایند ارزشیابی اساتید از دیدگاه اعضای هیات علمی و دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: مشارکت حداکثری دانشجویان در ارزشیابی اساتید می تواند منجر به ارتقای کیفیت آموزشی شود. از این رو شناسایی موانع مشارکت دانشجویان در ارزشیابی اساتید قدم اول در رفع مشکلات این فرایند می باشد. .این مطالعه با هدف تعیین دیدگاه دانشجویان و اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده دندانپزشکی تبریز در مورد عوامل تاثیر گذار بر میزان مشارکت دانشجویان در ارزشیابی اساتید طی سالهای 1398-1399 صورت گرفته است.
روش ها:  این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در دو قسمت اعضای هیات علمی و دانشجویان انجام شد. ابزار اصلی این پژوهش دو پرسشنامه ساخت محقق بود . 108 نفر دانشجو و 84 عضو هیات علمی پرسشنامه ها را تکمیل کردند. سوالات هر دو پرسشنامه  با مقیاس لیکرت  5 تایی مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند .داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری  SPSS17  مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری با  آمار توصیفی )فراوانی و درصد(  قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها : از دیدگاه97.6 درصد اساتید مهمترین عامل در میزان مشارکت دانشجویان اطمینان از محرمانه بودن اطلاعات بود و دومین مسئله اطمینان از موثر بودن نتایج ارزشیابی ها با میزان 89.3 درصد بود.
از دیدگاه دانشجویان نیز مهمترین عوامل اطمینان از محرمانه ماندن اطلاعات و مرتبط بودن سوالات پرسشنامه با چالشهای آموزشی دانشجویان بود که در هر دو مورد صد درصد دانشجویان بر آن تاکید داشتند.
نتیجه گیری: اطمینان دادن  موثر به دانشجویان در مورد محرمانه ماندن اطلاعاتشان و دادن بازخورد در مورد نتایج به اساتید و مسئولین دانشکده مهمترین عوامل موثر در تشویق دانشجویان به مشارکت در ارزشیابی اساتید می باشند.

عنوان انگلیسی Factors Affecting Students' Participation in the Academic Members’ Evaluation Process from the Perspective of Academic Members and Students of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Maximum student participation in the faculty members’ evaluation might lead to improvement in the quality of education. Therefore, identifying the barriers of student’s participation is the first step in this process. This study was conducted to determine the views of students and faculty members of Tabriz faculty of Dentistry on the factors affecting student’s participation in faculty members’ evaluation during 2019-2020.
Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was performed in two parts; faculty members and students. The main tools of this research were two researcher-made questionnaires. 108 students and 84 faculty members completed the questionnaires. The questions of both questionnaires were assessed with a 5-point Likert scale. Data were statistically analyzed using SPSS17 statistical software with descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage).
Results: From the point of view of 97.6% of faculty members, the most important factor in the student participation rate was ensuring the confidentiality of information, and the second issue was holding an orientation meeting for students before evaluation, with 89.3% rate.
From the students' point of view, the most important factors were to ensure the confidentiality of information and the relevance of the questionnaire’s questions to the educational challenges of students, which both cases were emphasized by 100% of students.
Conclusion: Effectively reassuring students about the confidentiality of their information and giving feedback on the results to faculty members and faculty officials are the most important factors in encouraging students to participate in faculty members’ evaluation.
