عنوان فارسی فلسفه علم تاریخ: تحلیل انتقادی کتاب درباره تاریخ هابسبام
چکیده فارسی مقاله مطالعه فرانگرانه تاریخ به مثابه علم که از آن به فلسفه علم تاریخ یاد می‌شود، ‌در دوره‌های اخیر مورد توجه بسیاری از مورخان فلسفی اندیش یا فیلسوفان تاریخ اندیش قرار گرفته و هر یک به گونه‌ای به آن نظر کرده‌اند. هابسبام یکی از مورخان اندیشمند معاصر است که در کتاب درباره تاریخ، موشکافانه به فلسفه علم تاریخ پرداخته است. اینکه تاریخ چیست، چه ویژگی‌هایی دارد، چگونه حاصل می‌شود، چه کارکردی دارد و در هندسه معرفتی بشر از چه جایگاهی برخوردار است،‌ عمده مباحث این اثر است که نویسنده به خوبی از عهده آن بر آمده است، اما در عین حال می‌تواند در معرض نقدهایی قرار بگیرد. مقاله پیش­رو می‌کوشد تا با نگاه انتقادی به کتاب، دیدگاه‌های هابسبام را به روش تحلیل عقلی تبیین و به این پرسش کانونی پاسخ دهد که تاریخنگری او از چه سطح و اعتباری بهره داشته و در هندسه معرفت تاریخی چه جایگاه و اهمیتی دارد؟ فرضیه مقاله آن است که او متأثر از دیدگاه مادیگرایی تاریخی است، با این حال او در رویکردی منصفانه به مقوله‌های مرتبط با تاریخ نظر کرده و به تحلیل آنها پرداخته است. به‌رغم اهمیتی که هابسبام و اثر او در حوزه مطالعات تاریخی دارد،‌ اثری به فارسی درباره وی نوشته نشده، از این‌رو مقاله حاضر می‌تواند این خلأ را پر کرده، بستر مناسبی برای مطالعات بعدی فراهم سازد.

عنوان انگلیسی Philosophy of History: A critical analysis of Hobsbawm's book on history
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The comprehensive study of history as a science, which is considered the philosophy of history, has received the attention of many philosophical historians or historical philosophers in recent years, and each of them has commented differently on it. Hobsbawm is one of the contemporary thinker historians who in the book on history, carefully discussed the philosophy of the science of history. The main topics of this work are what is history, what are its characteristics, how is it achieved, what is its function, and what is its place in the geometry of human knowledge which the author has handled well, but at the same time it can be subjected to criticism. The following article tries to explain Hobsbawm's views with the method of rational analysis by looking critically at the book and to answer the central question of what level and credibility has his Historical Perspective and what is its place and importance in the geometry of historical knowledge. The article hypothesizes that he is influenced by the perspective of historical materialism. However, he has considered and analyzed categories related to history in a fair approach. Despite the importance of Hobsbawm and his work in the field of historical studies, no work has been written about him in Persian, so this article can fill this gap and provide a suitable platform for further studies.
