عنوان فارسی ضعف‌های سیستم آموزشی دندانپزشکی ایران، پیشنهادات و راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎی ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ روش آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ
چکیده فارسی مقاله اگرچه در سال های اخیر شاهد افزایش روز افزون تعداد دندانپزشکان داخل کشور می باشیم , اما متاسفانه در طول این سال ها کیفیت آموزشی دانشجویان تغییر چندانی نکرده است. هدف نهایی سیستم آموزشی دندانپزشکی مهیا ساختن و ایجاد توانایهای ضروری در دانشجویان جهت ارایه هرچه مناسب تر و عالی تر درمان دندانپزشکی به جامعه می باشد. ﻋﺪم ﻫﻤﺨﻮاﻧﯽ ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ ﭘﺬیﺮش داﻧﺸﺠﻮیان ﺑﺎ ظرفیت های دانشگاه ها ( اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت، ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰات، اﺳﺘﺎد، ﻓﻀﺎی آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﯿﻤﺎران ) یکی از عمده ترین این مشکلات می باشد.
ﺟﺪا ﺑﻮدن ﺑﯿﺶ از اﻧﺪازه ﺑﺨﺶ ﻫﺎی درمانی و اراﺋﻪ ﻃﺮح درﻣﺎن ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اساتید دانشگاه ﺑﺪون ﺗﻌﺮیﻒ ﻫﯿﭽﮕﻮﻧﻪ ﻧﻘﺸﯽ ﺑﺮای داﻧﺸﺠﻮ از عمده ترین دلایلی هستند که باعث می شوند تا دانشجویان فاقد دید جامع و توانایی تصمیم گیری نسبت به درمان بیماران باشند. جدا بودن بیش از اندازه بخش ها فرصت آموزش جامع را از دانشجویان گرفته بطوریکه آشنایی با مشاوره های بین بخشی توسط آنان انجام نمی شود که نهایتا توانمندهای آنان را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد.
ﻟﺰوم ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﻧﮕﺮش اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ و داﻧﺸﺠﻮیﺎن ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ آﻣﻮزش و ﻫﺪایﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻤﺖ اراﺋﻪ ﻃﺮح درﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ دیﺪ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻣﺤﻮری میتواند باعث اصلاحات فراوانی در سیستم آموزشی شود. یکی از مهم ترین راهکارها , ایﺠﺎد اﻧﮕﯿﺰه و ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﺳﺎزی داﻧﺸﺠﻮیﺎن ﺑﺎ ﺷﯿﻮه ﻫﺎی ﺟﺪیﺪ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و درﮔﯿﺮ ﻧﻤﻮدن داﻧﺸﺠﻮ در ﮐﻞ ﭘﺮوﺳﻪ درﻣﺎن ﺑﯿﻤﺎر می باشد.
به راحتی می توان با در نظر گرفتن راهکارهای ساده حتی با وجود مشکلات ساختاری متعدد کیفیت آموزشی دانشگاه ها را افزایش دهیم و در عین حال خدمات درمانی با کیفیت تری را به مردم ارائه دهیم. قطعا هرچه قدر به آموزش دانشجویان و برطرف کردن مشکلات سیستم آموزشی دندانپزشکی اهتمام بیشتری بورزیم , در آینده نه چندان دور جامعه ای با سلامت دهان بالاتر و خدمات دندانپزشکی با کیفیت تر خواهیم داشت.

عنوان انگلیسی The weaknesses of the Iranian dental education system, suggestions, and improvement methods
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Although in recent years we have seen an increasing number of dentists in the country, unfortunately, the quality of education of students has not changed much during these years. The final goal of the dental education system is to prepare and create the necessary skills in students to provide the most appropriate and excellent dental treatment to society. One of the major problems is the inconsistency of the capacity of accepting students with the capacities of universities (facilities, equipment, professors, educational space, and the number of patients).
Being apart from the size of the treatment departments and the presentation of the treatment plan by the university professors without defining any role for the students is one of the main reasons that cause the students to lack a comprehensive view and the ability to make decisions regarding the treatment of patients. The excessive separation of the departments takes away the opportunity for comprehensive education from the students so that they are not familiar with inter-departmental consultations, which ultimately affects their capabilities.
The need to change the attitude of professors and students toward education and guidance towards providing a health-oriented treatment plan can cause many reforms in the educational system. One of the most important solutions is creating motivation and empowering students with new educational methods and involving students in the entire patient treatment process.
It is easy to increase the educational quality of universities by considering simple solutions even despite many structural problems and at the same time provide better quality medical services to the people. The more attention we pay to educating students and solving the problems of the dental education system, in the not-too-distant future we will have a society with higher oral health and better quality dental services.
