عنوان انگلیسی The relationship between the body posture and prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in line and stuff employee of Yazd FARAJA
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Aims: The objective of this study is to investigate the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders and its relationship with body posture while working in different job.
Materials & Methods: The current research was descriptive and correlational, which was carried out by the field method. The statistical population was the employees of FARAJA Yazd, 360 of whom were randomly selected from different ranks. The Nordic questionnaire was used to collect the necessary information and the Phi test was used to determine the degree of correlation. P>0.05 was considered as a significant level for all Analysis.
Findings: The results showed that there is a weak significant relationship between skeletal disorders of the neck and spine (P = 0.007, φ = 0.28), and between overweight and spine (P < 0.001, φ = 0.58). There is a significant medium relationship. In queue workers, musculoskeletal disorders of the neck (P = 0.003, φ = 0.28) and back (P = 0.021, φ = 0.25) as well as head and neck posture (P = 0.038) , φ = 0.23) and overweight (P < 0.001, φ = 0.55) had a significant relationship. Musculoskeletal disorders in the neck, elbow, hip and thigh, knee and ankle areas were significantly related to not being aware of the correct siting position or not correct sitting.
Conclusion: According to the results, there was a significant relationship between spinal disorders with sitting and immobility. Therefore, it is recommended to hold training courses on the correct posture at work and ergonomic principles, and sports programs.
