عنوان فارسی پیش‌برنده‌های مؤثر بر ملاحظات دفاعی - امنیتی ج.ا. ایران در سواحل خلیج فارس
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده چگونگی دفاع و امنیت در سواحل خلیج فارس و ملاحظات مؤثر بر آن مستلزم توجه به همه­ی عوامل مؤثر بر دفاع و امنیت سواحل در حوزه­های مختلف طبیعی، انسانی، سیاسی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی - اجتماعی و امنیتی - نظامی است. ملاحظات دفاعی امنیتی شامل دو دسته عوامل منفی و مثبت هستند. به عوامل منفی که ترکیبی از ضعف و تهدید هستند چالش گفته می­شود و به عوامل مثبت با ترکیبی از عوامل قوت و فرصت، پیشبرنده گفته می­شود. در این مقاله با عنوان «پیشبرنده‌های مؤثر بر ملاحظات دفاعی - امنیتی سواحل خلیج فارس» سعی شده‌است، پیش­برنده­های مذکور در ابعاد (طبیعی، انسانی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی - فرهنگی، سیاسی و امنیتی - نظامی) بررسی گردد. هدف اصلی تحقیق «تبیین پیش‌برنده‌های تأثیرگذار بر ملاحظات دفاعی - امنیتی سواحل خلیج فارس می­باشد؛ که متناظر با هدف سؤال اصلی تحقیق مطرح می‌گردد. این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی است و براساس روش توصیفی تحلیلی و پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق برای تعیین نقش‌های قوت و فرصت عوامل، 32 نفر متناسب با ویژگی­های تحقیق از بین صاحب­نظران انتخاب شده‌اند. برای تأیید پیشبرنده‌ها از تکنیک دلفی استفاده شده‌است براساس تجزیه­وتحلیل صورت‌گرفته، نتایج تحقیق نشان می­دهد 6 پیشبرنده‌ بر ملاحظات دفاعی - امنیتی سواحل خلیج فارس مؤثر می­باشند.

عنوان انگلیسی Advances effective on defense-security considerations J.A. Iran on the shores of the Persian Gulf
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله abstract The way of defense and security in the coasts of the Persian Gulf and the considerations affecting it require attention to all the factors affecting the defense and security of the coasts in different natural, human, political, economic, cultural-social and security-military fields. Security defense considerations include two categories of negative and positive factors. Negative factors that are a combination of weakness and threat are called challenges, and positive factors that are a combination of strength and opportunity are called promoters. In this article with the title "Effective factors on the defense-security considerations of the Persian Gulf coasts", it has been tried to examine the factors mentioned in dimensions (natural, human, economic, social-cultural, political and security-military). The main goal of the research is to "explain the factors influencing the defense-security considerations of the Persian Gulf coasts; which corresponds to the purpose of the main research question. This research is applied and based on descriptive, analytical and survey method. The statistical population of this research to determine the roles of strength and opportunity of the factors, 32 people have been selected from the experts according to the characteristics of the research. Delphi technique has been used to verify the promoters. Based on the analysis, the results of the research show that 6 promoters are effective on the defense-security considerations of the Persian Gulf coasts.
