عنوان فارسی مؤلفه‌ها و ویژگی‌های توان نظامی مؤثر بر آمایش دفاع سرزمینی در مقابله با تهدیدات نظامی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مأموریت اصلی نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران، دفاع از استقلال و تمامیت ارضی کشور، نگهبانی از انقلاب و دست‌آوردهای آن و مقابله با تهدیدات نظامی­ـ امنیتی بوده و براساس عوامل متفاوت و بر روی بستر جغرافیایی کشور ساماندهی شده و استقرار یافته­اند. باتوجه به وسعت و تنوع جغرافیای طبیعی و انسانی کشور، تنوع و کثرت تهدیدات خارجی، آسیب‌پذیری­های داخلی و مأموریت­های متنوع نیروهای مسلح، توجه به آمایش دفاع سرزمینی از ملزومات حوزه‌ی دفاعی کشور محسوب می­شود.
هدف اصلی این پژوهش «تبیین مولفه­ها و ویژگی­های توان نظامی مؤثر بر آمایش دفاع سرزمینی در برابر تهدایدات نظامی» است با توجه به اینکه این پژوهش مبانی فکری و نظری آمایش دفاع سرزمینی را تولید می­نماید از نوع کاربردی- توسعه‌ای بوده و روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی و روش گردآوری اطلاعات به دو روش کتابخانه­ای و استفاده از ابزار فیش­برداری و روش میدانی با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه و پرسش­نامه می­باشد.
به­منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­ها، ابتدا با فیش­برداری از مطالعات کتابخانه­ای و مصاحبه با خبرگان و صاحب­نظران، مؤلفه­ها و ویژگی­های توان نظامی مؤثر بر آمایش دفاع سرزمینی در برابر تهدیدات نظامی تعیین و مجدداً از هم­پوشانی اسناد و مدارک، مصاحبه­ها و ادبیات تحقیق، این مولفه­ها و ویژگی­ها احصاء گردید، سپس از طریق توزیع پرسش­نامه بین جامعه آماری، نتیجه از طریق سطح معناداری با ضریب اطمینان 95 % و خطای 5 % مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصله از این تحقیق نشان می­دهد که 4 مؤلفه و 16 ویژگی توان نظامی بر آمایش دفاع سرزمینی در برابر تهدایدات نظامی مؤثر هستند که، به ترتیب «فضای مانوری»، «مأموریت»، «پشتیبانی» و «تجهیزات و تسلیحات و فنّاوری­ها»، بیشترین تأثیر را بر آمایش دفاع سرزمینی در برابر تهدیدات نظامی دارند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The main mission of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran is to defend the independence and territorial integrity of the country, to guard the revolution and its achievements, and to counter military and security threats, And based on different factors and on the geographical context of the country are organized and established. Due to the vastness and diversity of the country's natural and human geography, the diversity of foreign threats, internal vulnerabilities and various missions of the armed forces, attention to land defense planning is one of the requirements of the country's defense.
The main aim of this research is to "explain the components and characteristics of the military capability of land defense planning in the face of military threats" considering that this research produces the intellectual and theoretical foundations of land defense planning, The Kind of survey is practical-development, method of research is descriptive-analytical and gathering information method with use of library method and fishing (taking notes) tool, and field method with use of interview and questionnaire tools.
In order to analyze the data, first by taking notes from library studies and interviewing experts, the components and characteristics of military capability effective in preparing the territorial defense against military threats were determined and Again, from the overlap of documents, interviews, and research literature, these components and characteristics were counted and Then, by distributing the questionnaire among the statistical population, the result was confirmed through a significant level with a 95% confidence interval and a 5% error. The results of this research show that 4 main components and 16 characteristics of military capability are effective in preparing the territorial defense against military threats. among the components listed, "maneuver space", "mission", "support" and "equipment, weapons and technology", respectively, have the greatest impact on the preparation of territorial defense against military threats
