عنوان فارسی شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر بهره‌وری سازمان‌های صنعتی وزارت دفاع و پشتیبانی نیروهای مسلح ج.ا.ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله ­اطمینان از میزان تحقق هدف‌های بهره‌وری سازمان‌های صنعتی وزارت ­دفاع و پشتیبانی نیروهای مسلح، نیازمند سنجش واقع‌بینانۀ بهره‌وری برمبنای عوامل و معیارهای موثر در این زمینه می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌­­بندی عوامل و معیارهای موثر بر بهره‌­وری سازمان‌های صنعتی وزارت دفاع انجام گرفته است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق، نخبگان و متخصصین سازمان­های صنعتی وزارت ­دفاع می‌باشند که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی- ­­طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. روش تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی است و روش گردآوری داده‌ها، کتابخانه‌ای و­ میدانی و مصاحبه با خبرگان و متخصصین صنعت ­دفاعی می‌باشد و از پرسش محقق‌ساخته، جهت گرد­آوری داده‌ها استفاده گردیده است. همچنین، به‌­­منظور بررسی پایایی پرسشنامه از «آلفای کرونباخ» و برای سنجش روایی سازه از فنون (تکنیک­های) تحلیل عاملی استفاده شده است. به‌منظور تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌ها، روش‌‌های آماری از جمله آزمون «تی استیودنت» و تحلیل واریانس و برای تعیین اوزان عوامل از رویکرد تحلیل سلسله‌­مراتبی و به‌منظور اولویت‌­بندی نیز از فن (تکنیک) تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌­دهد که در بهره‌وری سازمان‌‌های صنعتی وزارت ­دفاع، شش عامل قابلیت‌سازی، مشتری‌مداری، تأمین به موقع منابع، واپایش (کنترل) خطر عملیات، سرعت تبدیل و تثبیت­ قیمت نقش دارند. همچنین عوامل قابلیت‌سازی، مشتری‌مداری و سرعت تبدیل، موثرترین­ و عوامل تأمین ­منابع، واپایش (کنترل) خطر عملیات و تثبیت قیمت به ­ترتیب در اولویت‌های بعدی، نقش مهمی در بهره ­وری سازمان­های صنعتی وزارت ­دفاع دارند.

عنوان انگلیسی Identification and Prioritization of Influential Factors Regarding the Productivity of Industrial Organizations of the Ministry of Defense and Logistics of the I. R. of Iran's Armed Forces
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Guaranteeing the accomplishment of the goals of productivity of the industrial organizations of the Ministry of Defense and Logistics of the Armed Forces requires a realistic measurement of productivity based on effective factors and criteria in this field. This study aimed to identify and prioritize the factors and criteria which influence the productivity of industrial organizations of the Defense Ministry. The statistical population in this study included the elites and specialists of the industrial organizations of the Defense Ministry who were selected through the stratified random sampling method. This study employed a descriptive-survey method and its data collection was done through desk and field studies using interviews with experts and specialists in the defense industry through the researcher-made questionnaire. Also, Cronbach's alpha and factor analysis techniques (techniques) were used to assess the reliability and construct validity of the questionnaire, respectively. In order to analyze the data, statistical methods such as "T Student" test and analysis of variance were used and Multi-criteria decision making was employed to determine and prioritize the weights of factors from the hierarchical analysis approach. The results showed that regarding the productivity of industrial organizations of the Defense Ministry, there were six affective factors: Capability building, focus on customer, timely provision of resources, monitoring (control) of the operation risk, conversion speed and price stabilization. Also, the three factors of capability building, focus on customer and conversion speed are the most effective ones and the other three factors, i.e. providing resources, monitoring (controlling) the risk of operations and stabilization of price, respectively, are the next priorities that play an significant role in the productivity of industrial organizations of the Defense Ministry.
