عنوان فارسی مقاله پژوهشی: عوامل مؤثر بر جامعه‌شناسی دفاع در ج.ا.ایران
چکیده فارسی مقاله بدون تردید یکی از دغدغه‌های دولتمردان در بیشتر کشورها، ارتقای توانمندی‌های دفاعی است؛ به‌گونه‌ای که ضریب دفاعی کشور افزایش یابد، تا موجب بازدارندگی گردد و یا اینکه در صورت وقوع جنگ، ساختار دفاعی، بهترین عملکرد را داشته باشد. روش پژوهش در این مقاله زمینه‌ای موردی با رویکرد کمی و روش تحلیل آن، توصیفی – تحلیلی می‌باشد و در پی پاسخگویی به این پرسش اصلی است که چه عواملی بر فرایند دفاع از دیدگاه جامعه‌شناسی مؤثر می‌باشد؟ در راستای پاسخ به این پرسش، نویسنده با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‌ای، منابع معتبر فارسی و انگلیسی را مورد مطالعه قرار داده و اطلاعات لازم را استخراج نموده است. به‌منظور اعتبارسنجی یافته‌ها،‌ پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخت بین 50 نفر از خبرگان آشنا با مباحث دفاعی - امنیتی و جامعه‌شناسی کشور به‌عنوان نمونه آماری توزیع گردید. یافته کلی پژوهش آن است که «سیاست»، «اقتصاد»، «جغرافیا» و «تاریخ» بر جامعه‌شناسی دفاع، اثرگذارند، از این‌رو تقویت بنیه دفاعی تنها در سرمایه‌گذاری بر روی سخت‌افزارها و نرم‌افزارهای دفاعی نیست، بلکه مکمل این فرایند، توجه به وضعیت نیروها و شرایط اجتماعی است؛ همچنین کاربست نتایج بررسی‌های جامعه‌شناسانه دفاع، شالوده و پایه‌های دفاع کشور را تقویت می‌کند. یافته‌های نگارنده بیانگر آن است که وضعیت مطلوب یا دست‌کم قابل قبول اقتصاد دفاعی، بالا بودن وفاداری ملی، تعامل مبتنی بر احتیاط و پرهیز از خوش‌باوری، بالابودن آستانه تحمل و انسجام ملی در کنار برخورداری از ظرفیت خودترمیمی، وجود جامعه‌پذیری مطلوب، نگاه جامعه به دفاع به‌عنوان وظیفه‌ای ملی، ازجمله ویژگی‌هایی است که جامعه را به‌لحاظ دفاعی در شرایط دفاعی مطلوب قرار می‌دهد. برخورداری نیروهای دفاعی از ویژگی‌هایی مانند درونی‌شدن ارزش‌هایی مانند جنگیدن و دفاع تا پیروزی (مادی یا معنوی)، اطاعت‌پذیری، هم‌افزایی نیروها و ساختار دفاعی، وجود اراده و روحیه مناسب، می‌تواند ضامن موفقیت کشور در شرایط دفاعی گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی Factors Influencing the Sociology of defense in I.R. of Iran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Development of defense capabilities is indubitably one of the main concerns of government officials in most countries. It should be done in such a way that will increase the defense coefficient of the country in order to lead to preemption, or in the case of war, the defense structure will have the best performance. The research method in this paper is a case study with a quantitative and a descriptive-analytical approach which seeks to answer this question: What factors are influential upon defense process from a sociological perspective? In order to answer this question, the researcher studied the authentic Persian and English sources using the library method and extracted the necessary information. In order to validate the findings, researcher-made questionnaires were distributed among 50 experts, as a statistical sample, who were familiar with defense-security and sociological issues of the country. The general finding of the study shows that politics, economics, geography and history are influential upon the defense sociology. As a result, consolidation of the defense base is not only in capitalizing on defense hardware and software, but also its complement, paying attention to the status of forces and social conditions. The application of the results of sociological studies of defense also strengthens the foundation and fundamentals of the country's defense. The findings indicate that the favorable or at least acceptable state of defense economy, high national loyalty, interaction based on caution and avoidance of optimism, high threshold of national tolerance and cohesion along with self-healing capacity, existence of a desirable sociability, society's view of defense as a national obligation are among the features that puts the society in promising defense conditions. The characteristics of defense forces such as the internalization of values like fighting and defending until reaching victory (material or spiritual), obedience, consolidation of forces and defense structure, the presence of appropriate ambitions and morale, can guarantee the success of the country in the realm of defense.
