عنوان فارسی نقش دیپلماسی پلیسی در همکاری های بین المللی با تأکید بر سازمان بین المللی پلیس جنایی- اینترپل
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف دستیابی، احصاء نقش دیپلماسی پلیسی در همکاری های بین المللی انجام شده است. شناخت و احصاء دقیق و فنی مولفه ها و شاخص های موثر در دیپلماسی پلیسی در جهت همکاری با کشورها و سازمان بین المللی پلیس جنایی-اینترپل موضوع بسیار تعیین‌کننده‌ای در چگونگی همکاری بین المللی فراجا با این سازمان بین‌المللی با توجه به قوانین و مقررات موجود در امر مبارزه با جرایم و مجرمین در راستای اجرای بیانیه گام دو انقلاب در توصیه های چهارم و ششم در مبارزه با فساد و توسعه روابط خارجی می‌باشد.

روش: پژوهش حاضر برحسب هدف کاربردی و توسعه‌ای و از لحاظ روش گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی- پیمایشی محسوب می‌شود که با نگاهی به بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب و سند چشم‌انداز 1404 برای جمهوری اسلامی ایران با رویکرد آمیخته انجام‌شده است.

یافته ها و نتایج: در این راستا پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ای حاوی 121 گویه، بین خبرگان توزیع که60 پرسشنامه قابل ‌تجزیه‌وتحلیل جمع‌آوری شد. اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده پس از اعتبارسنجی تجزیه‌وتحلیل گردید. مؤلفه های نقش دیپلماسی پلیسی در همکارهای بین المللی در دو بخش فرامرزی شدن تهدیدها و فرصت ها و کارکردهای دیپلماسی در یازده شاخص بررسی ، تأیید و رتبه بندی شد و کارکردهای دیپلماسی در مرتبه بالاتری قرار گرفت و این نشان دهندۀ اهمیت این موضوع در توسعه دیپلماسی پلیسی در همکاری های فراملی در ابعاد دو و چند جانبه می باشد که لازم است مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and aim: This research has been done with the aim of finding out the role of police diplomacy in international cooperation. Accurate and technical knowledge and statistics of the effective components and indicators in police diplomacy in order to cooperate with countries and the International Criminal Police Organization-Interpol is a very decisive issue in how I.R. police International cooperates with this international organization according to the existing laws and regulations in the matter. The fight against crimes and criminals is in line with the implementation of the statement of the second step of the revolution in the fourth and sixth recommendations in the fight against corruption and the development of foreign relations.

Research Method: The present research is considered to be descriptive-survey in terms of practical and developmental purpose and in terms of data collection method, which was done with a mixed approach by looking at the statement of the second step of the revolution and the vision document of 1404 for the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Findings and results: In this regard, a researcher-made questionnaire containing 121 items was distributed among experts, and 60 questionnaires that could be analyzed and analyzed were collected. The collected information was analyzed after validation. The components of the role of police diplomacy in international partners in the two sectors of cross-border threats and opportunities and the functions of diplomacy were examined, confirmed and ranked in eleven indicators, and the functions of diplomacy were ranked higher, and this shows the importance of this issue in the development of police diplomacy. In transnational cooperation in bilateral and multilateral dimensions, it is necessary to pay attention.
