عنوان فارسی شناسائی وبررسی ابعاد تأثیرگذار مقابله با تروریسم بارویکرد انتظامی ( مورد مطالعه رؤسا و مدیران اجرایی سرکلانتری ها)
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: ترورها در گذشته، بسیار ساده و تلفات آن خیلی کم اما تروریسم مدرن با استفاده ازبکارگیری سلاح های کشتارجمعی و تکنولوژی نوین، باعث ناامنی و ویرانی در سطح گسترده ای شده. در هر کشوری در صورت بروز ناامنی و فعالیت های تروریستی پلیس اولین لایه ای است که به مقابله و مبارزه با عملیات تروریست ها پرداخته و مسئول استقرار نظم و امنیت و تأمین آسایش و مبارزه قاطع و مستمر با هرگونه خرابکاری، تروریسم، شورش که مخل امنیت کشور می باشد.پژوهش حاضرباهدف شناسایی و بررسی ابعاد تأثیرگذار مقابله با تروریسم بارویکرد انتظامی انجام شد.
روش تحقیق و جامعه آماری: این پژوهش از نوع،کاربردی و به روش آمیخته پس از جمع آوری اطلاعات از طریق مطالعه کتابخانه ای و ابزارهای مصاحبه و پرسشنامه از جامعه آماری پژوهش30 نفر اساتید دانشگاه علوم انتظامی و30 نفراز رؤسا و مدیران اجرایی فاتب بر اساس اصل اشباع نظری تعیین وبه روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و با شیوه تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های کیفی با استفاده ازکد‌گذاری باز،محوری،گزینشی وآزمون فریدمن انجام و داده‌های کمی نیز با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون چندگانه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتههای تحقیق: نتایج حاصل از متن مصاحبه‌هاو پرسش نامه ها درخصوص شناسایی ابعاد ومؤلفه های مقابله با تروریسم بارویکرد انتظامی نشان از شناسایی 4 بُعد و 20 مؤلفه دارد،که بُعد« جمع آوری اطلاعات » بیشترین و بُعد« حفاظت از اماکن » دارای کمترین مؤلفه است.
نتیجهگیری:با توجه به معادله رگرسیون بیشترین تأثیربه ترتیب متغیرهای: جمع آوری اطلاعات،آموزش کارکنان ، اقدامات عملیاتی وحفاظت ازاماکن بر مقابله با تروریسم را دارند . یعنی با ارتقای یک واحد از متغیرهای مدل: جمع آوری اطلاعات (0.275 واحد)، آموزش کارکنان (0.260 واحد)، اقدامات عملیاتی (0.245 واحد) حفاظت از اماکن(220.واحد) بیشترین تأثیر را برمقابله با تروریسم با رویکرد انتظامی داشته و درخصوص مقابله با تروریسم بارویکرد انتظامی ، راهکارهایی پیشنهاد شد.

عنوان انگلیسی Identifying and examining the effective dimensions of counter-terrorism with a disciplinary approach (case study of heads and executives of police stations)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Terrorism in the past was very simple and its casualties were very small, but modern terrorism has caused widespread insecurity and destruction by the use of weapons of mass destruction and modern technology. In any country, the police are the first layer to deal with and combat terrorist operations, responsible for maintaining order and security, ensuring public and individual well-being, and decisive and continuous fight against any sabotage, terrorism, It is the insurgency and the factors and movements that are detrimental to the security of the country. This study aimed to identify and investigate the effective aspects of countering terrorism by law enforcement.
Research Method and Statistical Community: This is a descriptive, mixed and descriptive study after collecting basic information through documentary study, library and questionnaire from the statistical population. Thirty faculty of Amin University of Medical Sciences and 30 faculty members and executives of Greater Tehran Police Command were selected on the basis of theoretical saturation principle and selected by purposeful sampling method. Quantitative data were also analyzed using multiple regression model.
Findings: The results of the interviews and questionnaires on identifying the dimensions and components of counter-terrorism law enforcement revealed 4 dimensions and 20 components, of which "information gathering" had the highest component and "protection of places" had the least component. Is.
Conclusion: the results of this study show that the most impacts are in terms of variables such as information gathering, staff training, operational measures and protection of facilities against police terrorism. That is, by upgrading one unit of the model variables respectively: information gathering variables (0.275 units), staff training (0.260 units), operational measures (0.245 units), protection of places (220 units), and the greatest impact on countering terrorism with law enforcement. There will be some suggestions on how to tackle law enforcement terrorism.
