عنوان فارسی شناسایی عوامل موثر بر ایجاد تعاملات اجتماعی و امنیت عملکردی (مطالعه موردی: مسکن مهر شهرستان بروجرد)
چکیده فارسی مقاله با رشد جمیعت و افزایش نیاز به مسکن، ایجاد و طرح مسکن مهر در قالب مجتمع­های مسکونی در اطراف شهرها شروع شد. اما به دلایلی همچون مکان گزینی نامناسب، سکونت افراد با فرهنگ­های مختلف و نبود برنامه­ای مدون، کیفیت مطلبوبی مانند یک خانه ایرانی ندارد. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر ایجاد تعاملات اجتماعی و امنیت عملکردی همچنین تاثیر متقابل این دو بر یکدیگر در مسکن مهر شهر بروجرد انجام شده است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی _تحلیلی در بستر پیمایشی است؛ که علت نبود امنیت و تعامل اجتماعی را در نمونه مورد مطالعه بررسی کرده است. حجم نمونه 373 نفر محاسبه و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم­افزار SPSS26 و همچنین از آزمون انحراف معیار، رتبه بندی فریدمن و همبستگی اسپیرمن استفاده شده است. یافته­های به دست آمده از پژوهش حاضر رابطه همبستگی بین امنیت و تعامل اجتماعی را تایید می­کند همچنین همبستگی میان معیارها و مؤلفه­های تاثیر گذار بر امنیت و تعامل اجتماعی به صورت متناظر در همه موارد جز مشارکت عمومی و انسجام اجتماعی که رابطه معکوس دارند، تایید می­شود. عوامل عملکردی بیشترین تاثیر را در ایجاد تعامل اجتماعی داشته در حالیکه عوامل ادراکی بیشترین تاثیر را در ایجاد امنیت داشته­اند. در نمونه مورد مطالعه به دلیل ضعف کالبدی و طراحی نادرست، تمام مولفه­ها عاملی بی اثر یا در جهت کاهش امنیت و تعامل اجتماعی هستند.

عنوان انگلیسی Identifying factors affecting the creation of social interactions and functional security (case study: Mehr housing in Boroujard city)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله With the growth of the population and the increase in the need for housing, the creation and design of Mehr housing began in the form of residential complexes around the cities. However, due to reasons such as inappropriate location, the residence of people with different cultures and the lack of a written program, it does not have the same quality as an Iranian house. This research has been conducted with the aim of identifying the effective factors on the creation of social interactions and functional security, as well as the mutual influence of these two on each other in Mehr housing in Borujerd city. The research method is descriptive-analytical in a survey context; which investigated the cause of lack of security and social interaction in the studied sample. The sample size of 373 people was calculated and SPSS26 software was used for data analysis, as well as the standard deviation test, Friedman's ranking and Spearman's correlation. The findings obtained from the present research confirm the correlation between security and social interaction, as well as the correlation between the criteria and components affecting security and social interaction in a corresponding manner in all cases except for public participation and social cohesion, which the relationship They have the reverse, it is confirmed. Functional factors have had the greatest effect in creating social interaction, while perceptual factors have had the greatest effect in creating security. In the studied sample, due to physical weakness and incorrect design, all components are ineffective or reduce security and social interaction.
