عنوان فارسی آسیب شناسی اشتغال به کار مرتبط در فارغ التحصیلان مقطع کارشناسی رشته مشاوره: یک پژوهش کیفی
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف آسیب شناسی اشتغال به کار در فارغ¬التحصیلان مقطع کارشناسی رشته مشاوره انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی و با روش تحلیل مضمون انجام گرفته‌است. جامعه مورد مطالعه فارغ‌التحصیلان مقطع کارشناسی رشته مشاوره بود که 15 نفر با روش هدفمند و گلوله‌برفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. نمونه‌گیری تا جایی ادامه یافت که با افزایش حجم نمونه، حجم داده‌ها به شکل چشمگیری افزوده نمی‌شد و در واقع داده‌ها به حد اشباع رسیدند. برای جمع¬آوری داده¬ها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. سوالات بازپاسخ مصاحبه، مبتنی بر مبانی نظری الگوی شغلی چندمحوری شفیع‌آبادی تدوین شده بود.   و بعد از کدگذاری اولیه، به تحلیل مضامین و دسته¬بندی مقوله¬ها پرداخته شد.
یافته¬ها: تحلیل یافته¬های حاصل از مصاحبه منجر به استخراج 2 مضمون اصلی، 6 مضمون نیمه فرعی و 22 مضمون فرعی درباره چالش‌های اشتغال از 88 کد شده است. مضامین اصلی عبارتند از چالش‌های درون‌فردی و چالش‌های برون‌فردی؛ چالش‌های درون‌فردی شامل 2 مضمون نیمه فرعی مسائل شخصیتی و مسائل شناختی است و چالش‌های برون فردی شامل 4 مضمون نیمه‌فرعی تحت عنوان مسائل اقتصادی، مسائل آموزشی، مسائل فرهنگی-اجتماعی و مسائل حرفه‌ای بود ا .
نتیجه¬گیری:  یافته¬های بدست آمده از مضامین فرعی مسائل شناختی و شخصیتی نشان می¬دهند که شناخت ابعاد مختلف رشته تحصیلی در زمان انتخاب آن و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی در انتخاب و یافتن شغل متناسب با رشته تحصیلی فارغ‌التحصیلان مشاوره ¬  حائز اهمیت است. همچنین نتایج بدست آمده از مضامین چالش-های برون¬فردی نیز نشان می¬دهند، معضلات اقتصادی و معیشتی، آموزش کم‌کیفیت و غیر کاربردی در دوره کارشناسی دانشگاه‌، عدم تنوع در شغل‌های مرتبط، دشواری حرفه مشاوره و زمان بر بودن، موانعی هستند که باعث می‌شوند دانشجویان این رشته پس از فراغت از تحصیل، نتوانند در شغل متناسب با رشته مشاوره مشغول به کار شوند.

عنوان انگلیسی Employment pathology in undergraduate counseling graduates: A qualitative study
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Aim: The present study was conducted with the aim of employment pathology in undergraduate counseling graduates.
Method: The present study is qualitative and has been done by content analysis method. The study population was undergraduate counseling graduates in which 15 people were selected as a sample by targeted method and snowball. Sampling continued until the sample size did not increase significantly with increasing sample size, and in fact the data reached saturation. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. after the initial coding, the topics were analyzed and the categories were categorized.
Results: The analysis of the findings of the semi-structured interview led to the extraction of 2 main themes, 6 sub-themes and 23 sub-themes on employment challenges from 88 codes. The main themes are intrapersonal challenges and extrapersonal challenges; Intrapersonal challenges include two sub-themes: personality issues and cognitive issues, and interpersonal challenges include four sub-themes: economic issues, educational issues, socio-cultural issues, and professional issues.
Conclusion: Findings obtained from the sub-themes of cognitive and personality issues show that it is important to know the different dimensions of the field of study at the time of choosing it and personality traits in choosing and finding a suitable job appropriate to their field of study. The results obtained from the sub-topics of external challenges also show that the unhealthy economic situation and livelihood problems on the failure to achieve a job commensurate with education, poor quality and non-practical education in the undergraduate course, lack of diversity in related jobs , The difficulty of the counseling profession and the time consuming are obstacles that make graduates of this field at the undergraduate level can not be employed in jobs suitable for this field.
