عنوان فارسی بررسی میزان انطباق تست‌های ارزیابی تناسب اندام انجام شده در بین آتش‌نشانان صنعتی شرکت‌های فرایندی ایرانی بر اساس استاندارد NFPA
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: آتش‌نشانی صنعتی (IFF) یک شغل پرخطر در صنایع فرآیندی است. تیم‌های آتش‌نشانی به عنوان بازوی اجرایی تیم‌فرماندهی حادثه شناخته می‌شوند. هدف از این مطالعه، ارزیابی میزان انطباق آزمایشات فیزیکی انجام شده در حوزه آتش‌نشانی صنایع فرآیندی و تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج حاصل از درصد تشابهات احتمالی با الزامات NFPA می‌باشد.
روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع مشاهده مقطعی بر روی 14 شرکت فرآیندی ایرانی متشکل از دو شرکت پالایشگاهی و 12 شرکت پتروشیمی از طریق نمونه‌گیری به روش سرشماری انجام شد. استاندارد مرجع مد نظر این مطالعه NFPA1582-2018 بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS 27 انجام شد. در این مطالعه، مطابق با آزمون‌ها و مولفه‌های مد نظر استاندارد نام برده، در پنج گروه با زیرمولفه‌های مربوطه به بررسی درصد تشابهات لازمه پرداخته شد.  
یافته ها: اکثر شرکت‌های منتخب (58%) فاقد برنامه منسجم یا چهارچوب معینی جهت ارزیابی تناسب اندام آتش‌نشان‌های شرکت فرآیندی خود بودند و مابقی شرکت‌های دارای برنامه معین جهت ارزیابی تناسب اندام (42%) به تعداد اندکی (کمتر از 20%) به صورت موردی و تک به تک با مولفه‌های مد نظر استاندارد NFPA1582-2018 در زمینه ارزیابی تست‌های تناسب اندام مطابقت داشتند.
نتیجه گیری: از آنجایی که 58% از شرکت‌های فرآیندی مورد بررسی در این مطالعه فاقد برنامه ارزیابی تناسب اندام منسجم و یکپارچه بوده و 42% باقیمانده، از نظر مولفه‌های مورد بررسی تطابق خیلی کمی با استاندارد NFPA1582-2018 
داشتند؛ این مسئله با توجه به کیفیت مولفه‌ها و نیازسنجی فنی تدوین مولفه‌های متناسب و منعطف با شرایط کاری در صنعت فرآیندی و در مرحله بعدتر الزام قانونی جهت اجرای یک چهارچوب یکپارچه از طرف وزارتخانه مربوطه، شرایطی را ایجاد می‌کند تا شرکت‌های فرآیندی از نظر گزینش و پایش نیروهای آتش‌نشان خود دارای مسیر مشخص و منظمی باشند.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating The Conformity Rate of Physical Fitness Evaluation Tests Performed in Iranian Process Companies Among Industrial Firefighters Based on The NFPA
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Industrial firefighting (IFF) constitutes a high-risk occupation within the domain of process industries. Firefighting teams serve as the operational component of the incident command team. This study aims to assess the alignment of physical fitness assessments conducted in selected Iranian process industrial firefighting settings and to scrutinize the extent of compliance with The U.S. National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements by analyzing the resultant percentages of similarity in test outcomes.
Material and Methods: A cross-sectional observational study was undertaken across 14 Iranian process companies, encompassing two refinery companies and 12 petrochemical companies, employing a census sampling approach. The study’s benchmark was NFPA1582-2018. Data analysis was performed utilizing SPSS 27 software. This investigation focused on assessing the percentage of essential parallels within five distinct groups, along with their corresponding sub-components, in alignment with the tests and elements stipulated in the NFPA standard.
Results: Most of the selected companies (58%) lacked a cohesive program or established standard to assess the fitness of their firefighting personnel. Among the subset of companies (42%) that did employ an evaluation standard, in the majority of instances, a minimal proportion (less than 20%) underwent individualized assessments in line with the components outlined in NFPA 1582-2018 for physical fitness evaluation tests.
Conclusion: Given that 58% of the surveyed process companies in this study lacked a cohesive fitness assessment program and 42% demonstrated limited compliance with NFPA 1582-2018 in the assessed components, this issue underscores the critical need to evaluate the components quality and conduct a technical needs assessment. Developing adaptable and suitable components aligned with the work conditions prevalent in the process industry becomes imperative. Additionally, there must be existed a legal mandate for the pertinent ministry to implement an integrated framework. This scenario necessitates that process companies reevaluate their approaches concerning the selection and oversight of their firefighting personnel.
