عنوان فارسی طراحی الگوی نت بهره‌ور ماشین‌آلات و تجهیزات راه‌سازی پروژه های هلدینگ راه و شهرسازی قرارگاه سازندگی خاتم‌الانبیاء (ص)
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش به‌منظور "طراحی الگوی بهینه نت بهره‌ور به‌منظور افزایش بهره وری ماشین‌آلات و تجهیزات و همچنین بهینه‌سازی هزینه ها در پروژه های هلدینگ تخصصی راه و شهرسازی قرارگاه خاتم‌الانبیاء (ص)" تدوین‌شده است و به دنبال ارائه راهکارهای اجرایی جهت کاهش هزینه‌های ناشی از توقف ماشین‌آلات، افزایش عملکرد و کاهش تعمیرات اساسی آنهاست.
روش: تحقیق از نوع کاربردی  بوده و برای استفاده از نظرات نخبگان ، ابزار اندازه گیری در اختیار 70نفر از جامعه آماری نمونه شامل استادان دانشگاه امام حسین(ع) و فرماندهان و مدیران ارشد با سابقه و صاحب‌نظر در پروژه های هلدینگ تخصصی راه و شهرسازی قرارگاه خاتم الانبیاء(ص) قرار داده شد.اطلاعات جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار اس پی اس اس و روش های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: با پیاده‌سازی نت بهره‌ور در ساختار شرکت‌ها  ، تأثیرات مثبتی از قبیل کاهش خرابی، افزایش ایمنی، کاهش ضایعات، افزایش بهره‌برداری شرکت و...  می‌شود.اعتبار پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 970/0 محاسبه شد که نشان از اعتبار بالای آن داشت.در انتها در الگوی نهایی تحقیق در ابعاد فنی، سازمانی و اقتصادی با 16 مؤلفه و 81 شاخص مورد تأیید قرارگرفته و اولویت‌بندی بین ابعاد و مؤلفه‌ها انجام شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های (ابعاد اقتصادی، فنی و سازمانی) حاکی از این است که در میان ابعاد مدل نت بهره‌ور ماشین‌آلات  تجهیزات ، بعد اقتصادی در رتبه اول ،بعد فنی در رتبه دوم و بعد سازمانی در رتبه آخر قرار دارد. با توجه به مقدار آزمون مربع کای بدست آمده، ابعاد مدل نت بهره‌ور ماشین‌آلات و تجهیزات در پروژه های هلدینگ تخصصی راه و شهرسازی معنادار است

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Aim and Background: This research has been compiled for the purpose of "designing the optimal model of efficient maintenance and repair in order to increase the effectiveness of machines and equipment as well as cost optimization in the road and urban development projects of Khatam Al-Anbiah (PBUH) specialized holding company". This research has been in search of using different methods in order to reduce the cost of machinery coming to stop.
Method: the research method is descriptive and analytical and to use the opinions of the elites, the aspects, components and items of the statistical model and in the next stage for verification of 85 people from the statistical sample were provided to confirm the desired model. The statistical community in the qualitative section is composed of experts, including professors of Imam Hossein University and senior managers with experience and opinions in specialized road construction holding projects of road and urban of Khatam Al-Anbiah (PBUH)
Findings: Creating a productive maintenance and repair in the structure of companies leads to positive effects such as reducing breakdowns, increasing safety, reducing waste, increasing the company's exploitation, etc. In the validity of the questionnaire created by the researcher, the total alpha was 0.970 and all the three parts had an alpha above 0.83, which had the necessary and sufficient validity. Finally, the final version of the research has 81 indicators of understanding models, 3 technical, organizational and economic aspects with 16 components and 81 indicators, which they confirmed and prioritized.
Conclusion: findings (economic, organizational and technical) demonstrate that the economic aspect of the maintenance and repair model of machinery and facilities in specialized road and urban development projects of Khatam Al-Anbiah (PBUH) company with the highest average of (361), and the organizational aspect with the lowest average of (3/43) and also the result of Freedman experiments; according to the amount of K square experiment and also the level of understanding (0/007) the difference among the aspects of exploitation maintenance model of machinery and facilities. Therefore, ranking among aspects can be done in a way that the aspects of efficient model of maintenance and repair of economic aspect of machinery and facilities (with the average of (2.29)) in the first place, and technical aspect in the second place and the organizational aspect in the last place (with the average of 1.74) respectively.
