عنوان فارسی کاربرد نظریه های پرستاری در بالین:یک مطالعه هیبرید
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: با توجه به اینکه مبنای اصول و فنون دانش پرستاری،کاربرد  نظریه ها در بالین و ارایه مراقبت های پرستاری موثر برای بیماران است. در این مطالعه به بررسی کاربرد نظریه های پرستاری در بالین براساس مدل هیبرید پرداخته ایم.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش تجزیه و تحلیل مفهوم به روش هیبرید در سه مرحله انجام شد. در مرحله نظری، مروری سیستماتیک با استفاده از پروتکل PRISMA با جستجو در پایگاه های علمی با کلیدواژه های کاربرد تئوری های پرستاری، بالین، رشته تحصیلی، مرور سیستماتیک انجام شد. در نهایت 19 مقاله مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. در مرحله کار در عرصه، مصاحبه با 6 نفر از صاحب نظران این رشته انجام شد. مصاحبه ها ثبت و آنالیز محتوا صورت گرفت. در مرحله سوم نتایج دو مرحله قبلی با هم ادغام شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته ها نشان داد که مشکلات مدیریتی و منابع ، بالا بودن سطح انتظارات تئوری ها از پرستاران و عدم همخوانی تئوری ها با محیط بالین، پیچیدگی و کاربردی نبودن تئوری ها، زمان بر و هزینه بر بودن اجرای تئوری ها از مهمترین عوامل عدم استقبال و بکارگیری نظریه های پرستاری در بالین توسط پرستاران هستند.
نتیجه گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد با شناخت موانع و مشکلات موجود در بکارگیری تئوری ها در بالین مانند دانشگاه، بیمارستان ها و محیط های آموزشی می توان خلاها و شکاف های موجود را کاهش داد و فضای مناسبی را برای پرستاران در جهت بکارگیری تئوری ها در بالین و افزایش ایمنی و رضایت بیماران فراهم نمود.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: Considering that the basis of principles and techniques of nursing knowledge is based on nursing theories and theories and the provision of effective nursing care for patients. In this study, we have examine the application of nursing theories in the clinic based on the hybrid model.
Materials and methods: In this study, concept analysis was performed by hybrid method in three stages. In the theoretical stage, a systematic review using the PRISMA protocol by searching the scientific databases with the keywords of application of nursing, clinical, the field of study, systematic review. Finally, 19 articles were reviewed. In the field work phase, interviews with 6 people were conducted. Experts in the field were interviewed, interviews were recorded and content was analyzed, and in the third stage, the results of the previous two stages were merged.
Results: Results showed that the, management problems and resources, high expectations of theories from nurses and inconsistency of the theory With clinical environment, complexity and non-applicability of theories, time consuming and costly implementation of theories, are one of the most important factors in the lack of acceptance and application of nursing theories in the clinic by nurses.
Conclusion: This study showed that by recognizing the obstacles and problems in applying theories in the clinic such as universities, hospitals and educational environments, existing gaps and gaps can be reduced and a suitable space for nurses to apply theories in the clinic and increase Provided safety and patient satisfaction.
