عنوان فارسی چالش های تهویه غیر تهاجمی در بیماران دارای نارسایی تنفسی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: تهویه غیر تهاجمی با فشار مثبت به عنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی در مدیریت بیماران دارای نارسایی تنفسی حاد و مزمن شناخته می شود که قابلیت استفاده در منزل و بخش های مراقبت های ویژه بیمارستانی را دارد. هدف از این مطالعه پرداختن به چالش های مرتبط با تهویه غیر تهاجمی در بیماران دارای نارسایی تنفسی می باشد.
مواد و روش ها:. مقاله ی حاضر یک مطالعه مروری نظام مند است که با استفاده از جست و جوی منظم در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی, SID, Magiran, Science Direct, PubMed  و موتور جستجوی Scholar Google با کلمات کلیدی “تهویه مکانیکی”، “تهویه غیر تهاجمی”، “نارسایی تنفسی انجام شد.
یافته ها: مشکلات و عوارضی از جمله آسیب های پوستی، ناراحتی و عدم تحمل ماسک در برخی بیماران، میزان شکست بالا در صورت عدم استفاده درست از این روش و همچنین احتمال انتشار و انتقال آلودگی به کارکنان درمانی را به همراه دارد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: تهویه غیر تهاجمی در بیماران زمانی بهترین تاثیر را خواهد داشت که با توجه به شرایط بیمار در زمان مناسب، همراه با تجهیزات، اتصالات و تنظیمات مناسب دستگاه و توسط پرسنل متبحر و آموزش دیده استفاده شود. نظارت و پایش مداوم شرایط بالینی بیمار تحت تهویه غیر تهاجمی، یکی از اصول موفقیت این روش حمایتی تهویه محسوب می شود. همچنین توصیه میشود کارکنان درمانی حین استفاده از این روش درمانی از تجهیزات حفاظت فردی مناسب استفاده نمایند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Non-invasive ventilation with positive pressure is known as one of the main pillars in the management of patients with acute and chronic respiratory failure, which can be used at home and in hospital intensive care units. The purpose of this study is to address the challenges related to non-invasive ventilation in patients with respiratory failure.
materials and methods:. The present article is a systematic review study using systematic search in databases, SID, Magiran, Science Direct, PubMed and Google Scholar search engine with keywords "mechanical ventilation", "non-invasive ventilation", " Respiratory failure was performed.
Findings: Problems and complications such as skin damage, discomfort and mask intolerance in some patients, high failure rate if this method is not used correctly, as well as the possibility of spreading and transferring contamination to health workers.
Discussion and conclusion: Non-invasive ventilation in patients will have the best effect when it is used according to the patient's condition at the right time, with the appropriate equipment, connections and settings of the device and by skilled and trained personnel. Monitoring and continuous monitoring of the patient's clinical condition under non-invasive ventilation is one of the principles of the success of this ventilation support method. It is also recommended that medical workers use appropriate personal protective equipment while using this treatment method.
