چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده
زمینه و هدف: هدف طراحی الگوی تضمین کیفیت بر اساس رویکرد دانشگاه های نسل چهارم(مورد مطالعه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان) بود.
مواد و روش­ها: از رویکرد کیفی و روش گراندد تئوری استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش  12 نفر از اساتید مجرب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان بودند که مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند.  برای گردآوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شد، داده‌های بدست آمده از مصاحبه‌ها به کمک نرم‌افزار کیفی (MAXQDA2020) و در قالب کدهای باز، محوری و گزینشی تحلیل شد. در نتیجه‌ی تحلیل کیفی داده‌ها، 377  کد باز، 64 کد محوری و 15 کد گزینشی به عنوان ابعاد و مولفه‌های اصلی الگوی تضمین کیفیت براساس رویکرد دانشگاههای نسل چهارم شکل گرفت .
 یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که مولفه « تولید دانش خلاق و مسئله گشا» به عنوان پدیده‌محوری، مولفه « مسئولیت‌گرایی و تعامل، تحول‌آفرینی و پویایی، ساختار حرفه‌ای و تسهیل‌گرا به عنوان عوامل علی، مولفه «فرهنگ رشدگرا، ساختار هوشمند و سازگار شونده، نوآوری و انعطاف در شیوه حکمرانی و بهسازی منابع انسانی» به عنوان شرایط زمینه‌ای و مولفه‌های « استقلال آکادمیسمی، عدم ساختار روشن و شفاف» به عنوان شرایط مداخله‌گر همچنین مقوله دانش حرفه‌ای و به‌روز، برنامه آموزشی و درسی خلاق و جهت دهنده، توسعه مهارتها و شایستگیهای حرفه‌ای، پیشرفت مدیریت مبتنی بر کیفیت به عنوان راهبردهای تعاملات و کنش تضمین کیفیت با رویکرد دانشگاههای نسل چهارم شناسایی شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: پیامد اصلی برهم کنش تمامی مولفه‌های اشاره شده « توسعه زیرساختهای پایداری، توسعه فرهنگی، توسعه اقتصادی و توسعه ارتقای کیفیت زندگی» است که در حوزه‌های آموزشی، توسعه پایدار جامعه و دانشگاه نقش اساسی در پیشرفت و بالندگی و کیفیت دانشگاهها با رویکرد نسل چهارم دارد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Aim: the goal was to design a quality assurance model based on the approach of fourth generation universities (Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences.
Materials and Methods: qualitative approach and grounded theory method were used. The statistical population of the research was 12 experienced professors of Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences who were interviewed. A semi-structured interview was used to collect data, and the data obtained from the interviews were analyzed with the help of qualitative software (MAXQDA2020) in the form of open, central and selective codes. As a result of the qualitative data analysis, 377 open codes, 64 central codes and 15 selective codes were formed as the main dimensions and components of the quality assurance model based on the approach of the fourth generation universities.
Results: The findings showed that the "creative and problem-solving knowledge production" component as a phenomenon-oriented component, the "responsibility and interaction, transformational and dynamism, professional and facilitating structure" component as causal factors, the "growth-oriented culture, intelligent and adaptable structure, innovation and flexibility" component in the way of governance and improvement of human resources" as background conditions and the components of "academic independence, lack of clear and transparent structure" as intervening conditions, as well as the category of professional and up-to-date knowledge, creative and directional educational and curriculum, development of professional skills and competencies, The progress of quality-based management was identified as interaction strategies and quality assurance actions with the approach of fourth generation universities.
Conclusion: The main consequence of the interaction of all the mentioned components is "sustainable infrastructure development, cultural development, economic development, and development to improve the quality of life", which in the fields of education, sustainable development of society and university, plays a fundamental role in the progress and growth and quality of universities with the fourth generation approach.
