عنوان فارسی بررسی رابطه ابرازگری هیجانی و اجتناب تجربی با میانجی‌گری کفایت اجتماعی در دانش‌آموزان با اختلال اضطراب فراگیر
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اختلال اضطراب فرا گیر کاهش سلامت روان و کیفیت زندگی را برای افراد در پی دارد. لذا هدف پژوهش
حاضر بررسی رابطه ابرازگری هیجانی با اجتناب تجربی با نقش میانجی گری کفایت اجتماعی در دانش آموزان با اختلال
اضطراب فرا گیر در شهر مشهد بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و نحوه گردآوری داد هها همبستگی از نوع توصیفی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش
عبارت بود از کلیه دان شآموزان دوره اول و دوم مقطع متوسطه شهر مشهد که در سال 1401 - 1402 مشغول به تحصیل بودند.
دویست و ده نفر از دان شآموزان دارای نشان ههای اضطراب فرا گیر به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری
داد هها از پرسشنامه اضطراب فرا گیر اسپیتزر و همکاران ) 2006 (، پرسشنامه ابرارزگری هیجانی کینگ و امونز ) 1993 (، پذیرش و
عمل نسخه دوم بوند و همکاران ) 2011 ( و کفایت اجتماعی فلنر و همکاران ) 1990 ( استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از مدل سازی
معادلات ساختاری ) SEM ( به وسیله نرم افزار 24 SPSS و 8.8 Lisrel مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: براساس نتایج به دست آمده، اثر مستقیم متغیرهای هیجان مثبت، صمیمیت و کفایت اجتماعی بر اجتناب
تجربی منفی و معنا دار و اثر مستقیم متغیر ابراز هیجان منفی بر اجتناب تجربی مثبت معنادار می باشد ) 01 / P>0 (. هیجان
مثبت، صمیمیت و ابراز هیجان منفی علاوه بر اثر مستقیم، به طور غیرمستقیم و از طریق کفایت اجتماعی نیز بر اجتناب تجربی
تأثیر می گذارند. ) 01 / .)P>0
نتیجه گیری: بنابراین می توان بیان داشت مدل مدنظر دارای برازش بود به عبارتی کفایت اجتماعی نقش میانجی در رابطه
ابرازگری هیجانی با اجتناب تجربی در افراد با اضطراب فرا گیر دارد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract
Background & Purpose: Generalized anxiety disorder leads to a decrease in mental health and quality
of life for people. Therefore the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional
expressiveness and experiential avoidance with the mediation of social competence in students with
generalized anxiety disorder in Mashhad.
Method: The present study was a descriptive correlation in terms of applied purpose and data collection
method. The statistical population of the research consisted of all the first and second grade high School
students of Mashhad who were studying in 2022-2023. 210 students with symptoms of generalized anxiety
were selected by cluster sampling method. To collect data, the generalized anxiety questionnaire of Spitzer
et al (2006), Emotional Expressiveness questionnaire of King & Emmons (1990), Acceptance and Action
Questionnaire (AAQ-II) of Bond et al (2011), and Social adequacy questionnaire of Felner et al (1990) were
used. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling analysis by SPSS 24 and Lisrel 8.8 software.
Findings: Based on the obtained results, the direct effect of positive emotion, intimacy and social adequacy
variables on experiential avoidance is negative and significant and the direct effect of negative emotion
expression variable on experiential avoidance is positive and significant (P<0/01). In addition to the direct
effect, positive emotion, intimacy and negative emotion expression had an indirect effect on experiential
avoidance through social adequacy. (P<0/01). Therefore, it can be said that the considered model had a good
fit, in other words, social adequacy has a mediating role in the relationship between emotional expression and
experiential avoidance in general anxiety disorder.
