عنوان فارسی تحلیل مفهوم مراقبت تیمی در بخش مراقبت ویژه، با رویکرد واکر و اوانت
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه:
     مراقبت تیمی به عنوان راهی برای افزایش کیفیت ارائه مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و حفظ ایمنی موردتوجه قرارگرفته است. بااین‌حال به نظر می‌رسد ویژگی‌های این مفهوم و نحوه ب‌کارگیری آن نیاز به تحلیل بیشتر و دقیق‌تر برای شفاف شدن و تمایز مفاهیم مشابه جهت سنتز تئوری شود؛ بنابراین هدف این تحلیل مفهوم، شفاف‌سازی مفهوم مراقبت تیمی در بخش مراقبت ویژه، در عمل بالینی است.
روش‌ها:

     این تحلیل با استفاده از استراتژی واکر و اوانت انجام شد. این رویکرد، یکی از روش‌های مفهوم‌پردازی و تکامل مفهوم است که نهایتاً به توسعه تئوری می‌انجامد. جستجوهای مطالعات در بانک های اطلاعاتی
Web of Sciences، Scopus، Iran Medex، Magiran، SID بعلاوه ناشرانی از قبیل PubMed و موتورهای جستجوی Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar  بین سال های 1987 تا نوامبر 2021 به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی انجام شد.


یافته ها: 
      تجزیه و تحلیل مطالعات مرتبط نشان می دهد که مفهوم مراقبت تیمی یک فرآیند پویا بین متخصص مراقبت‌های بهداشتی که در تعاملی مبتنی بر مشارکت، شناخت و وابستگی متقابل، اعتماد، درک و احترام متقابل، هدف گذاری مشترک، به اشتراک گذاشتن اطلاعات، مسئولیت و قدرت در تصمیم‌گیری‌ها و حل مسئله در جهت دستیابی به بهترین  و مؤثرترین پیامد برای بیمار و خانواده باهم همکاری می‌کنند.
نتیجه‌گیری:
      این تحلیل مفهومی به درک بهتر ویژگی‌های مراقبت تیمی در بخش مراقبت ویژه کمک می‌کند و درک مشترکی برای ارتباطات در محیط‌های آموزشی، پژوهشی و بالینی فراهم می‌کند، همچنین توسعه تعریف نظری از مراقبت تیمی را ارتقا می‌دهد.

Abstract

Background and Aim:
Team care has been considered as a way to increase the quality of health care delivery and maintain safety. However, it seems that the characteristics of this concept and how to use it need more and more detailed analysis to clarify and differentiate similar concepts to synthesize the theory. Therefore, the purpose of this conceptual analysis is to clarify and analyze the concept of team care in the intensive care unit in clinical practice.
Methods:
This analysis was conducted using Walker and Avant’s strategy. This approach is one of the methods of conceptualization and concept development that ultimately leads to the development of the theory. Literature searches were conducted in the databases of Web of Sciences, PubMed, Scopus, Iran Medex, Magiran, SID, and internet search engines (Google Scholar, Semantic scholar) between 1987 and November 2021 in Persian and English.
Results:
Analysis of related studies shows that the concept of team care is a dynamic process between health care professionals that collaborate in interaction based on participation, cognition and interdependence, trust, mutual understanding and respect, shared goal setting, information sharing, responsibility and power in decision-making and problem-solving to achieve the best and most effective outcome for the patient and family.
Conclusion:
This conceptual analysis helps to better understand the characteristics of team care in the intensive care unit and provides a common understanding of communication in educational, research and clinical settings, as well as promotes the development of theoretical definition of team care.
