عنوان فارسی طراحی مدل پیش بینی شاخص بهینگی تخت های بخش مراقبت های ویژه بیمارستانهای نظامی شهر تهران با استفاده از یادگیری ماشینی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه:  بهره وری و بهینگی تخت بیمارستانی از مواردی است که برای ایجاد مدیریت کارآمد بسیار حیاتی است. در این مطالعه ظرفیت بهره مندی تخت بیمارستانی دریک بیمارستان نظامی در شهر تهران با استفاده از یادگیری ماشینی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
روش کار: مطالعه حاضر به روش توصیفی در سال 1401 انجام شد. با استفاده از داده های آماری بیمارستان نظامی، بررسی میدانی و جای گذاری آن در شاخص پیشنهادی این مطالعه، ظرفیت بهره مندی تخت بیمارستانی برای تخت های بخش های مراقبت ویژه بیمارستان (ICU1، ICU2، ICU3 وN ICU) محاسبه و تحلیل شد.
یافته ها:
یافته های مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که درصد اشغال تخت کل بیمارستان نزدیک به حداقل استاندارد است اما تفاوت آشکاری در میزان درصد اشغال تخت بخش ها وجود دارد، در نتیجه به نظر می رسد که از نظر توزیع بین بخش ها انجام اقداماتی منجر به بهبود درصد اشغال تخت، کاستن از بار اضافی برخی بخش ها و افزایش ظرفیت بهره مندی کاری بخش های دارای درصد اشغال تخت پائین شود.
نتیجه گیری:  فرمول پیشنهادی ارائه شده در این مطالعه با سنجش میزان استفاده از ظرفیت موجود و شناسایی علل عدم استفاده ازحداکثر ظرفیت برای رسیدن به ظرفیت بهره مندی مطلوب به مدیران در افزایش بهره وری بیمارستان کمک خواهد کرد.

عنوان انگلیسی Designing a prediction model for the optimality index of special care beds in Tehran military hospitals using machine learning.
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Efficiency and optimization of the hospital bed is one of the things that is very critical to create an efficient management. In this study, the utilization capacity of a hospital bed in a military hospital in Tehran was investigated using machine learning.
Methods: The present study was carried out descriptively in 1401. By using the statistical data of the military hospital, field survey and placing it in the proposed index of this study, the utilization capacity of the hospital bed for the beds of the special care departments of the hospital (ICU1, ICU2, ICU3 and NICU) was calculated and analyzed.
Results: The findings of the present study showed that the percentage of bed occupancy of the whole hospital is close to the minimum standard, but there is an obvious difference in the percentage of beds occupied by the departments, as a result, it seems that in terms of distribution between the departments taking measures to improve the percentage of bed occupancy, reduce the extra load of some departments and increase the working capacity of departments with low bed occupancy percentage.
Conclusion:
The proposed formula presented in this study will help managers in increasing the efficiency of the hospital by measuring the utilization of the available capacity and identifying the reasons for not using the maximum capacity to reach the optimal utilization capacity.
