عنوان فارسی خودکارآمدی پرستاران ایرانی و عوامل موثر : مرور سیستماتیک
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: خودکار آمدی  نقش مهمی در انتخاب اهداف، قضاوت بالینی، تصمیم گیری ها و سلامت روان دارد، همچنین عملکرد و کیفیت کار پرستاران را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد. لذا هدف از این مطالعه، مروری بر مطالعات انجام شده در زمینه خودکارآمدی پرستاران ایرانی و عوامل موثر می‌باشد.
مواد و روش ها: ایـن مطالعـه سیسـتماتیک مقـالات منتشـر شـده سـال هـای1380  تا  1401 (2022-2001) را از پایگاه های Scholar Google ,PubMed ,Scopus, web of science, Science Direct, SID ,Magiran،  Irandoc به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی مـورد بررسـی  قرار داده است. کلمـات کلیـدی؛خودکارآمدی و پرســتار در منابــع فارســی و nurse, self-efficacy  در منابع انگلیسی  و معادل های Mesh آن با استفاده از عملگرهای OR  و AND مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. انجام پژوهش در ایران معیار اصلی انتخاب مقالات برای ورود به مطالعه بود. از 240 مطالعه ای که خودکارآمدی پرستاران در ایران را مورد پژوهش قرار داده بودند، پس از ارزیابی کیفیت مقالات 14 مقاله واجد شرایط شناخته و به مطالعه وارد شدند.
یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از استخراج یافته های مقالات نشان داد، سطح خودکارآمدی پرستاران ایرانی بالاتر از حد متوسط قرار دارد و با متغیرهای جنسیت، سابقه کار، رضایت شغلی، استرس شغلی، تصمیم گیری بالینی، هوش هیجانی و معنوی، تنش و حساسیت اخلاقی، سلامت عمومی، اجتماعی و روانی، خودآگاهی و رفتار نامحترمانه در ارتباط می باشد.
نتیجه گیری: خودکارآمدی پرستاران ایرانی در حد نسبتا مطلوب قرار دارد. با نظر به اینکه ارتقاء خودکارآمدی پرستاران می تواند موجب تصمیم گیری های بالینی کارا، عملکرد بهتر و مراقبت باکیفیت تری گردد، مدیران سیستم درمانی بهداشتی در برنامه ریزی ها و تصمیم گیری ها لازم است عوامل فردی و سازمانی موثر بر خودکارآمدی را مد نظر داشته باشند و در راستای افزایش هر چه بیشتر آن تلاش نمایند.

عنوان انگلیسی Self-efficacy of Iranian nurses and effective factors: a systematic review
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: self-efficacy plays an important role in choosing goals, clinical judgment, decisions and mental health, and it also affects the performance and quality of nurses' work. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review the studies conducted in the field of self-efficacy of Iranian nurses and the effective factors.
Materials and methods: This systematic study of the articles published from 1380 to 1401 (2001-2022) from Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, web of science, Science Direct, SID Magiran, Irandoc databases in both Persian and English languages. The research has put the keywords: self-efficacy and nurse in Persian sources and nurse, self-efficacy in English sources and its Mesh equivalents were used using OR and AND operators. Conducting research in Iran was the main criterion for selecting articles to be included in the study. Out of 240 studies that investigated the self-efficacy of nurses in Iran, after evaluating the quality of the articles, 14 articles were considered eligible and included in the study.
Findings: The results of extracting the findings of the articles showed that the level of self-efficacy of Iranian nurses is higher than the average level and is related to the variables of gender, work experience, job satisfaction, job stress, clinical decision-making, emotional and spiritual intelligence, tension and moral sensitivity, public, social and psychological health, self-awareness and disrespectful behavior are related.
Conclusion: Iranian nurses' self-efficacy is relatively favorable. Considering that improving the self-efficacy of nurses can lead to effective clinical decisions, better performance and higher quality care, health care system managers should consider individual and organizational factors affecting self-efficacy in planning and making decisions. and try to increase it as much as possible.
