عنوان فارسی مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه درسی رشته کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان ایران با ویرجینیا و ویرجینیای غربی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: تعداد دانشجویان و مراکز پرستاری به عنوان بخشی از نظام آموزش عالی در دهه­های اخیر با سرعت زیادی در حال افزایش می­باشد،. با توجه به رشد و توسعه کمی؛ نگرانی درباره کیفیت آموزش و برنامه­های درسی به قوت خود باقی است.  
روش کار: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- تطبیقی می باشد که در سال 1402 با استفاده از روش بردی(4 مرحله) انجام شد.  در مرحله توصیف، موضوع تحت مطالعه بر اساس شواهد و اطلاعات، یادداشت­برداری می­شود. مرحله تفسیر،  داده­هایی که محقق در مرحله اول به توصیف آن پرداخته است مورد بررسی و تفسیر قرار می­گیرد. در مرحله همجواری، اطلاعاتی که در دو مرحله قبل بدست آمده، برای مقایسه شباهت­ها و تفاوت­ها، طبقه بندی می­شود.  در مرحله مقایسه، مسئله پژوهش با توجه به جزئیات در زمینه شباهت­ها و تفاوت­ها و پاسخ به سوال­های تحقیق بررسی و مقایسه می­گردد.
نتایج: رشته کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان در ایران، گرایش تحصیلی ندارد و دانشجویان این رشته باید بصورت تمام وقت در دانشگاه حضور داشته باشند. در حالی­که؛ در دانشگاه ویرجینیا این رشته دارای دو گرایش مراقبت اولیه و مراقبت حاد می­باشد و تحصیل بصورت پاره وقت و تمام وقت امکانپذیر می­باشد. در ایران پذیرش در این رشته منوط به قبولی در آزمون وزارت بهداشت است و نیاز به سابقه کار بالینی نمی­باشد. در حالی که در دو دانشگاه دیگر مجوز فعال  RN(حداقل یک سال) از شروط پذیرش می­باشد. همچنین در دانشگاه ویرجینیا عضو فعال بودن در سازمان نظام پرستاری، نقش فعال داشتن در تیم­های رهبری در بیمارستان و پروژه­های عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد و داشتن مهارت نوشتن عالی و مصاحبه از معیارهای پذیرش می­باشد. در هر سه دانشگاه تعداد واحدهای درسی متفاوت می­باشد. در ایران تمام دروس آموزشی بصورت حضوری برگزار می­شود و در ویرجینیای غربی دوره­های آموزشی به صورت آنلاین است. در دانشگاه ویرجینیای غربی برخلاف ایران درس عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد به عنوان یک درس مجزا می­باشد.
نتیجه گیری: ایجاد گرایش جدید برای رشته پرستاری کودکان متناسب با نیاز جامعه، می­تواند در توسعه  این رشته در ایران تاثیرگذار باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparative comparison of Iran's pediatric nursing master's curriculum with Virginia and West Virginia
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: The number of nursing students and centers as part of the higher education system has been increasing rapidly in recent decades. With regard to quantitative growth and development; Concerns about the quality of education and curricula remain strong.
Aim: The present study was conducted with the aim of comparing the curriculum of the master's degree in pediatric nursing in Iran with Virginia and West Virginia.
Methods: The current study is a descriptive-comparative study that was conducted in 1402 using the Brody method (4 steps). In the description stage, the subject under study is recorded based on evidence and information. In the interpretation stage, the data that the researcher has described in the first stage is examined and interpreted. In the Juxtaposition stage, the information obtained in the previous two stages is classified to compare similarities and differences. In the comparison stage, the research problem is examined and compared according to the details in the field of similarities and differences and answers to the research questions.
Results: The master's degree in children's nursing in Iran does not have an academic orientation, and students in this field must attend the university full-time. ; At the University of Virginia, this field has two majors: primary care and acute care, and part-time and full-time studies are possible. In Iran, admission to this field depends on passing the exam of the Ministry of Health and there is no need for clinical work experience. While in the other two universities, an active RN license (at least one year) is one of the admission requirements. Also, at the University of Virginia, being an active member in the nursing system organization, having an active role in hospital leadership teams and evidence-based performance projects, and having excellent writing and interview skills are among the admission criteria. The number of study units is different in all three universities. In Iran, it held all training courses face-to-face, and in West Virginia, training courses are online.
Conclusions: Creating a new trend for children's nursing according to the needs of society can be effective in the development of this field in Iran.
