عنوان فارسی مسکن توسعه پذیر اجتماعی-اقلیمی با تاکید بر رشد خانواده (نمونه موردی:شهر همدان)
چکیده فارسی مقاله الگوی مسکن مبتنی بر اصول دین اسلام در جهت ایجاد سکونت و کسب آرامش برای خانواده است. با توجه به اینکه رسیدن به چنین جایگاهی وابسته به پاسخگویی نیازهای ثابت خانواده همچون امنیت، عدالت و مسکن است، نیازهای متغیر نیز که از درون همین نیازهای ثابت پدید می‌آیند و آرامش روانی خانواده را تامین می‌کنند، دیده خواهد شد. از میان طیف وسیع نیازهای خانواده ایرانی، آنچه به وضوح دیده می‌شود، نیازهایی است که در طول زمان دستخوش تغییر شده و خانواده را در صدد انطباق با شرایط جدید قرار می‌دهد. با توجه به اینکه کالبد مسکن ظرفی است که اجتماع خانواده در آن شکل میگیرد، نیاز به انطباق پذیری مسکن با رشد خانواده از نیازهای متغیر بوده و پاسخگویی به آن در طول زمان، پایداری اجتماع خانواده را ارتقاء می‌بخشد. درنتیجه توجه به پاسخگویی نیازهای متغیر و خواسته‌های کاربران در واحدهای مسکونی امری ضروری می‌باشد. در این بین مولفه توسعه پذیری با ایجاد سازگاری و یا تغییر در اجزاء مسکن، می تواند علاوه بر پایداری اجتماع خانواده، در جهت پایداری اقلیمی نیز موثر واقع شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر دستیابی به مسکن توسعه پذیر اجتماعی-اقلیمی با تاکید بر رشد خانواده می‌باشد. جهت رسیدن به این هدف، پرسش پژوهش شکل می گیرد: "کدام الگوی مسکن قادر خواهد بود علاوه بر توسعه پذیری اجزای مسکن در حیاط آپارتمان، موضوع بهره‌وری اقلیمی را نیز تامین کند؟" مقاله حاضر به موضوع پایداری اجتماعی در مسکن بواسطه بررسی توسعه اجزاء آن در حیاط آپارتمان پرداخته شده است، همچنین به موضوع پایداری اقلیمی با سنجش میزان تابش خورشید بر بدنه های خارجی قابل گسترش در حیاط، توجه شده است. تحقیق حاضر از دو روش کیفی و کمی برای دستیابی به الگوی مسکن توسعه پذیر اجتماعی-اقلیمی بهره گرفته شده است. روش کیفی منجر به ارائه الگوهای توسعه پذیر در حیاط آپارتمان مسکونی شده و روش کمی براساس شبیه سازی الگوها در نرم‌افزار انرژی پلاس انجام گرفته شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که با نفوذ بدنه های آپارتمان در حیاط می‌توان الگوی مسکن توسعه پذیر پایدار به لحاظ اجتماعی را استخراج کرد با توجه به اینکه این الگو در زمینه تابش خورشیدی نیز مطلوبیت قابل قبول را دارد، در واقع الگوی مسکن توسعه پذیر اقلیمی نیز خواهد بود.

عنوان انگلیسی Social-Climatic Expansible Housing With Emphasis on Family Growth (Case Study: Hamadan City)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The housing model is based on the principles of Islam in order to create a residence and obtain peace for the family Considering that reaching such a position is dependent on meeting the fixed needs of the family such as security, justice and housing, changing needs will also be seen that emerge from these fixed needs and provide the family's mental peace. Among the wide range of needs of the Iranian family, what can be clearly seen are the needs that have changed over time and make the family try to adapt to new conditio. Considering that the housing body is a vessel in which the family community is formed, the need for housing adaptability to the growth of the family is one of the variable needs, and responding to it over time improves the stability of the family community. As a result, it is essential to pay attention to responding to the changing needs and demands of users in residential units. in the meantime, the component of "expansibility" by making adaptations or changes in housing components can be effective in the direction of climate stability in addition to the stability of the family community. The purpose of the current research is to achieve social-climatic expansible housing with emphasis on family growth. In order to achieve this purpose, the research question is formed: "Which housing model will be able to provide the issue of climate efficiency in addition to the expansibility of the housing components in the yard of the apartment?" The present article deals with the issue of social sustainability in housing by examining the development of its components in the yard of the apartment, and also pays attention to the issue of climate stability by measuring the amount of solar radiation on external bodies that can be expanded in the yard. The current research has used both qualitative and quantitative methods to achieve a Social-Climatic Expansible Housing model. The qualitative method has led to the presentation of developable patterns in the courtyard of the residential apartment, and the quantitative method has been carried out based on the simulation of the patterns in the Energy Plus software. The results indicate that with the penetration of apartment walls in the yard, a socially-climatically sustainable housing model can be extracted. Due to the fact that this model has an acceptable desirability in the field of solar radiation, it will actually be a model of climatically expansible housing.
