عنوان انگلیسی An effect of the organizational justice on the deviance behavior by the mediating role of the perception of organizational justice
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This paper aims to study the difference between reality and perception of reality that shapes the employee behavior in the organization. In every organization justice is defined by some factors such as fair salary, cash and non-cash rewards, compensation and job promotion systems, meritocracy, fair procedures and fair information systems. But in practice, what is realized as justice is the employee perception of justice. So in this point of view an employee have a completely different view of the following factors. It brings this question up that how he would behave this situation? Statistical population in this study is all ValiAsr University managers and employees. Preliminary data for this study are gathered from the university managers and employees, so the method of this study is descriptive. Data analyzes are done by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and also by the use of PLS software because this paper aims to analyze some set of Correlation. Findings show that organizational justice does not have any direct effect on deviance behavior but it has indirect effect on deviance behavior by mediating role of perception of organizational justice that has a negative effect on deviance behavior .and there is such a disagreement between managers and employees on this issue
