عنوان فارسی اثربخشی «آموزش سلامت جنسی» بر خودپنداره‌ی جنسی نوجوانان دختر ساکن در مراکز بهزیستی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: آموزش سلامت جنسی اهمیت بسیاری در بهبود کیفیت زندگی نوجوانان ساکن در مراکز بهزیستی دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی "آموزش سلامت جنسی" بر خودپنداره‌ی جنسی نوجوانان دختر ساکن در مراکز بهزیستی در شهر اصفهان انجام شد. 
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه‌تجربی از نوع پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل همراه با پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، شامل همه نوجوانان دختر ساکن در مراکز بهزیستی شهر اصفهان در سال 1402 بودند. تعداد 30 نوجوان دختر 15 تا 18 سال بر اساس نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. سپس به‌صورت تصادفی از نوع قرعه‌کشی در گروه "آموزش سلامت جنسی" (15 نوجوان) و گروه کنترل (15 نوجوان) گمارده شدند. جمع‌آوری داده‌های پژوهش با پرسشنامه جمعیت‌شناختی و "مقیاس خودپنداره‌ی جنسی" (Sexual Self-Concept Scale)  انجام گرفت. روایی محتوا به روش کیفی و پایایی به روش همسانی درونی با محاسبه ضریب آلفا کرونباخ انجام شد. سپس برای گروه‌ مداخله، 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای "آموزش سلامت جنسی" هفته‌ای 1 جلسه انجام شد. گروه کنترل درمان را پس از اتمام پژوهش دریافت کردند. پس از اتمام مداخله، پس‌آزمون و به فاصله 2 ماه بعد پیگیری انجام شد. ابزارهای هر 3 مرحله توسط نوجوانان ساکن در مراکز بهزیستی تکمیل شد. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار اس پی اس اس نسخه 27 تحلیل شد. 
یافته ها: بین گروه مداخله و گروه کنترل در متغیر خودپنداره‌ی جنسی، در مرحله پس‌آزمون و پیگیری تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. بنابراین، مداخله در بهبود خودپنداره‌ی جنسی نوجوانان ساکن در مراکز بهزیستی اثربخش بود (P<0/05). 
نتیجه گیری: "آموزش سلامت جنسی" باعث بهبود خودپنداره‌ی جنسی نوجوانان ساکن در مراکز بهزیستی می‌شود. پیشنهاد می‌شود روانشناسان و سرپرستان مراکز از یافته‌های این پژوهش در جهت ارتقای سلامت جنسی نوجوانان استفاده کنند.

عنوان انگلیسی The Effectiveness of &quot;Sexual Health Education&quot; on the Sexual Self-Concept of Adolescent Girls Living in Welfare Centers
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Sexual health education is very important in improving the quality of life of adolescents living in welfare centers. The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of "Sexual Health Education" on the sexual self-concept of adolescent girls living in welfare centers in Isfahan city.
Methods: The current research was of semi-experimental type with pre-test, post-test with control group and follow-up. The statistical population of the present study included all adolescent girls living in the welfare centers of Isfahan city in 1402. 30 adolescent girls aged 15 to 18 were selected based on convenience sampling. Then they were randomly assigned to the "Sexual Health Education" group (15 adolescents) and the control group (15 adolescents) by lottery. The research data was collected with a demographic questionnaire and "Sexual Self-Concept Scale". Content validity was done by qualitative method and reliability by internal consistency method by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Then, for the intervention group, 8 90-minute sessions of "sexual health education" (1 session per week) were conducted. The control group received the treatment after the research was completed. After the completion of the intervention, a post-test and a follow-up was conducted 2 months later. The instruments of all three stages were completed by teenagers living in welfare centers. Data were analyzed in SPSS. 27 software.
Results: There was a significant difference between the intervention group and the control group in the variable of sexual self-concept, in the post-test and follow-up phase. Therefore, the intervention was effective in improving the sexual self-concept of adolescents living in welfare centers (P<0.05).
Conclusions: "Sexual Health Education" improves the sexual self-concept of adolescents living in welfare centers. It is suggested that psychologists and center supervisors use the findings of this research to improve the sexual health of adolescents.
