چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Recognition the responsible for damages in a sportive occurrence confront several problems.these problems are due to nonrecognition the liability criteria about these occurrences.for perfect recorgnition of the criteria, first must know that a sportive occurrence is which one and which rules govern it.after survey this problem ,discribtion the attributes of a sportive action will be necessary.these attributes that in general term could summarize them as doctorine of Inherent risks and Assumption of risk,that play the most important role in the recognition of responsibility criteria.in this essay by depend on disiciions of foreign courts and positive law of Iran,We believe that responsibility cause of athletics in foreign law is fault and breach the rules of game by itself is not fault.
