چکیده انگلیسی مقاله In June 2011necessity set up of energy exchange proved. Gather separate applications for setting up exchange of oil, electricity with not long history and during numerous steps and different enactment of provisions, by exchange supreme council .and early of June of 2012 start itself act. The activity that realized with delay in Iran duet. Presence great resources of oil, gas and abundance advantages in part of energy and geopolitical situation. About provisions of energy exchange, perceive typical interference in jurisdiction and plurality competent authority of enactment. The most part of energy exchange provisions has enacted by board of director of exchange and some by exchange supreme council. In according to legal market of valued documents that ruling on all exchanges of county, in jurisdiction of exchange supreme council to have serious doubts about instructions enacting by this council, including instruction of transaction of goods, valued documents based on goods in energy exchange.
