عنوان فارسی سنّ بلوغ المذکر فی القرآن والسنه من وجهه نظر الفقهاء
چکیده فارسی مقاله سن البلوغ من أهم المسائل الفقهیه فی باب الحجر فی الفقه الاسلامی، حیث یبحث فقهاء الفریقین فی هذا الباب عمن یمنع تصرفه قی أمواله کغیر البالغ، وبهذه المناسبه یشیرون إلی سنّ بلوغ المذکر والمؤنث والخنثی، إلّا انهم اختلفوا فی سنّ البلوغ بسبب اختلاف الروایات فی هذا المجال ولذلک نری عدم إجماعهم فی هذه المسأله. هذه الدراسه دراسه فقهیه للآیات القرآنیه والروایات واختلاف أقوال الفقهاء فی سنّ بلوغ المذکر وعلاماته. وعلی هذا الأساس تتبّعنا دراسه الألفاظ المهمه فی الآیات والروایات لغویا، ثم درسنا آراء الشیعه وأهل السنه من الفقهاء ودققنا فی الآیات القرآنیه المشیره إلی البلوغ ووصلنا إلی أنه لاإجماع لهم فی تحدید سنّ معین لبلوغ الأولاد الشرعی. ولأجل الوصول إلی الرأی الصحیح قسّمنا الروایات وعالجناها فی تسع طوائف. فوجدنا فیها قرائن مفیده ترشدنا إلی أنّ السن لیس إماره تعبدیه علی البلوغ بل العبره فی البلوغ هو الاستعداد والقابلیه للاحتلام أو الحیض. و لقد اعتمدنا فی هذا البحث علی المنهج الوصفی (الاستقرائی التحلیلی) لأجل إستنباط الحکم الفقهی من الآیات والروایات.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The age of maturity is one of the most important issues in the jurisprudence book” Hijr”. The Shiite and Sunnite jurisprudents discussing prohibition of repossessing the properties deals with the maturity conditions. In this part they study maturity age of male and female and neuter. In this article jurisprudentially researching the writer reviews the verses and Riwayas and jurisprudents’ opinions concerning the age of male maturity. In this research he tries to research literally the influential words, then discuss the views of Shiite and Sunnite jurisprudents and show that there is no consensus about it. In this study the Quranic verses even refereed implicitly are considered too. To continue the hadiths concerned are jurisprudentially studied in nine parts. The results is that the specific age cannot be the reason, but according to the different opinions of the jurisprudents and lack of Quranic arguments and scattered Riwayas and mentioning the various ages for different subjects, a certain age is not the sign for maturity and another reason such as growing pubic hair but specially having wet dream should be sufficed
